Reflection Windows

The most frustrating thing about working with this company – I was not informed that the wood on the outside of the window would split, chip, etc. When I looked at the final and saw all this split wood, I was told by the installer that he would caulk it and it would look fine. Ugh – so not fine! I now need to bring in a painter-​which I was never told that would potentially happen-​because it wasn’t sanded, looks awful and now the frame around all the windows in the front and back need to be sanded and painted. Also, they wanted to reschedule 3 times. Finally on the last call, I said absolutely no. When I tried to call the company regarding all of the above, I was ignored. Poor work ethic, poor quality, poor communication… my bad for choosing this company! Find someone else!

Scheduled appointment for Milgard window replacement, they rescheduled last minute. I was clear from the first call that my other half did not need to be present to make decisions and they continued to push the issue for a second scheduled appointment. They do not listen to potential clients at all. Chose to go somewhere else.

This might be the only company that understands true customer service. Initially, the job wasn’t done to my satisfaction. But they wanted to make it right and were very accommodating and amazing. In the end, I was extremely pleased with their work, the timeliness and the thorough job they did. The guys were very pleasant to deal with and trustworthy. Most of all, they want to make the customer completely satisfied and happy and won’t leave until you are. Most companies don’t seem to care about customer retention but Reflections does. Thank you and I will definitely use Reflections again!!!

If I could give no stars I would were whole I start no customer services. Wait 4 + months for Amerimax windows really don’t pay them 1000 dollars a window plenty of other companies out there cheaper by far I will update this to whom you can purchase these products through. We told them to stick there windows up there ssa! Rhonda I believe her name is she seems like she came from space stay clear of this circus go to there showroom and that should show you! Thanks p

This company has been selling coupons with an advertised discount of 50%, but there was really no discount offered.
If you bought a coupon from this company in the past, call him to get your money back, or report him to the local district attorney if he doesn’t give you a refund.

We had a window replaced and needed it to match the others on our house. Their estimate was very reasonable and the window was ordered and installed in a very timely manner. Jennifer, in the office, was lovely to deal with when setting up appointments. The installation was excellent and the installers were knowledgable, professional, personable and did a very nice job of cleaning up when they were done. I highly recommend this company and plan on using them in the future for window cleaning and carpet cleaning.

We have a vacation home in Denver and it has been needing work. We decided to start with fundamentals. Our large patio door had long been broken but after this winter we decided it had to be fixed.
