Pizza Hut

Really this place should get a negative one star. Don’t waste your time or your money attempting to get pizza from this place. By «this place» I mean Pizza Hut. The on line ordering was a joke, a really mean joke since the app works like a public restroom located at Lakeside Amusement Park! Can you say old, dirty and sloooowww? Not to mention WRONG! The owner must not realize there is a Little Caesar’s Pizza joint one block south of this shit hole? If you cannot make a pizza and cook it so it is NOT RAW and it takes you two hours to complete an order, you should close. Don’t worry, this place will join the rest of the establishments in this dying strip mall and be out of business by 2016. Worst customer experience EVER only matched by the horrible RAW pizza. Save your $ and time go somewhere else. This place sucks!!!

The most wretched experience I’ve ever had. A friend and I decided we wanted to find a dine in pizza hut and weren’t expecting 5 star service, given its a pizza place. Candi took our order and said it was going to be ready in 15 minutes… I noticed a man was sitting there getting impatient as if he had been waiting a long time. 40 minutes later our pizza was ready. I can understand pizza takes a while to cook, just didnt understand why she said it was going to be 15 minutes? Then out of nowhere I hear the same girl YELL at a customer for taking a pen without asking. Then a younger guy started his shift and she started embarrassing him in front of everyone asking what he did/​didnt know and how long he had been there. Sad thing is, I think she was the manager or someone in charge, Eeek. Scary. Then I came home to find a small hair in my pizza *gag* 2 thumbs down, pizza hut. Get it together.

Pizza hut is celebrating 55 yrs in business $ 5.55 for a lg 1 topping carry out .I placed an order she said 20 min I arrived in 10 and my plzza was ready??? I should have. checked it before I left .the crust was brittle like it had been kept warm to long some one didn’t make a pick up and I got stuck with it ! Dry and taste less and crunchy never again $ 5.99 was my total cost I should get $ 5 back how they been in business 55 years I don’t know but they probably won’t last another 55. two different pizza hut locations in a month and disappointed with both. so long pizza hut !

Normally get a great pizza unless the manager Angela is working then things are always undercooked and screwed up.

Used to love this place. Then, a couple weeks ago my pizza showed up mushy and not fully cooked. I called to let them know about their broken oven and a very apologetic sounding manager offered me pretty much anything to make it right. I told him that I understood that this stuff sometimes happens and I accepted his apology along with a $ 10 credit on my next order. Tonight I placed that order and I was not offered the credit. I would have brought it up but I decided to let it go rather than stir up any bad feelings. To my disappointment I was delivered two mushy undercooked pizzas. I was offered a redo or another credit. I opted out since I’ll never be eating their food again. They did issue a full credit though.
TL;DR — Don’t eat here unless you enjoy raw dough.
