Pizza Hut

Not surprises this place has 1 star I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. Ordered online and 20 mins after the promised time we called and they said they never got our order. After telling them to check again they said they found it but it hasn’t been delivered. 90 mins later pizza isn’t even warm.

This place is the worst! I mean they must work hard at sucking so bad. My order is never right, pizza is always cold, the drivers never go to your door – you have to meet them at the corner. Tonight, I order 2 pizzas– over 1 hours later the drive shows up, I have to walk down meet him on the street corner, pizzas are cold and wrong! I got someone else order. I call the store – got hung up on. Call back the manager apologize, said he will get the pizzas right out. That was 2 hours ago. I called back, he didn’t know where my food was. I told him to just refund the money. He ask ok and just hung up on me… just save yourself the time and money, order from anywhere else!

The absolute worst Pizza Hut in all of America. Delivery time is always at least 2 hours, the poor excuse of a manager says he only ever has 1 driver. I waited my 2 hours only to get the wrong pizza delivered; immediately called and text the driver, no response. I called the store, sat on hold for 8 minutes for the manager to tell me the guy is coming right back. Fast forward 35 min later and still no pizza so I called the store again and he said he wasn’t able to give me a refund unless I come into the store. If you could give negative stars, this establishment would win the prize.

This Pizza Hut is the worst ever. The pizza is fine, IF it shows up. I always order online, and the delivery estimate is around 30 minutes. It is routinely at least 60 – 90 minutes or more before it arrives. I am kicking myself as I write this for giving them one more chance, as it’s now an hour after the said delivery time, and my order still isn’t here. It sucks that this location is the only one that will deliver to me, so I won’t be getting any Pizza Hut delivered any more. I tried to call and cancel the order, and I was on hold for 15 minutes with no one picking up the phone. I don’t even know how they stay in business.

I’ve given up on this pizza hut. Every time we order from here we joke ‘What are they going to forget this time?’ And without a hitch, they ALWAYS forget something. Oh, and also your food will arrive 2+ hours after you order, and most likely it will be cold. When you call to complain, you will be put on hold for 10+ mins, then whoever picks up will act like its your fault for the terrible service. Just shut down please so others don’t have to go hungry and disappointed.

The delivery is awful. The estimated time on app is wrong. Do not order from here unless you don’t want to eat for 2 hours or more.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. My pizza still isn’t here and it’s been over 2 hours. They wouldn’t even accept a coupon that they issued. There’s a reason these people are working at a pizza shop.

I love the deep dish, but they didn’t fully cook my pizza??? Had to put it in the oven myself at home…

I used to order from here once a month or so. Lately I have been going to other local, non-​chain pizza places. I had a craving for pizza the other day and nobody was open so I decided to order form Pizza Hut.
I launched their iPhone app and proceeded to select my items and when I added to Cart the app crashed. Bummer. I tried it again and same thing. I gave it 1 more chance and same result. I didn’t order and won’t try to order again.
The problem is you have this nice looking app that is supposed to make ordering quick and easy and yet it does the complete opposite. It would be better not to have an app than to have one that doesn’t work.
Keep supporting local small businesses, there are plenty of excellent pizza places in the metro area that are mom-​and-​pop single location creating fresh and tasty pizza.

My order was late, then the driver forgot my 2 liter of pepsi, then the driver told me he would be back in 6 minutes with the soda. It’s now 30 minutes later, still now soda. I’m on hold now for 10 minutes to talk to someone at the store to find out the problem. Needless to say, I may choose some other store for my next pizza.
