We stopped going to the pizza hut that was closest to our residence(104th and Federal) due to the fact they couldn’t get our order right or in a timely manner. Even after we spoke with a regional manager, and she promised to give us some vouchers to make up for their mistakes, which never came. we s tried the one on 72nd and Pecos they got our order wrong too. But not only did they give us a 20% discount they gave us the pizza that was incorrect for free !!! We will give them another chance and by the way the pizza was good also.

Most piece of crap service ever. I made an order at 4:30PM to be picked up at 7:30pm. I ordered five pizzas, two orders of breadsticks, a cookie, and cinnamon sticks. When I showed up at 7:30 to pick up my order,(and after I paid for my order) the lady told me that her manager said I took to long to pick it up, and they had already given it away. I explained to her that I made a future order to be picked up at 7:30, which was the current time. At 7:45 she finally comes back from talking to her manager, and tells me they can make my order in 15 minutes.(I figured I was already there, and I was the one in charge of food for the party… Why not?) Needless to say, I spent an hour and a half inside this location warning people to have their orders checked before they walked out. Customer after customer was having issues with their order, either missing, or not being ready. I should be hired as the«yes check your pizza, you might walk away with a giant cookie» lady. My pizzas were ready at 9pm, they looked ancient, tasted ancient, and my dessert wasn’t included. At that point I was over it. Way to ruin pizza for me guys!!! Worst place ever.

Ordered our food online. Took over an hour to get here and we live less than 10 minutes away. The estimated delivery time was 25 minutes. When the food did get here it was cold and tasted terrible. They also brought us a bottle of Pepsi instead of a liter. Definitely will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Ordered 4 pizzas and an order of cheese sticks for the office. I placed the order online which was simple but they failed to deliver the cheese sticks. I attempted to call the store and was on hold for nearly 30 minutes before someone picked up. They offered to send them back out but declined at that point because everybody had already eaten. I asked to have it refunded to my credit card and the guy said he couldn’t because the system didn’t allow it. He could only offer a credit. But at this point with it being so difficult to communicate with this Pizza Hut location I don’t see doing business with this location again. Pizza Hut — How is it that you can take my credit card online for the purchase but you are unable to refund an item you failed to deliver? Poor policy and system if that is the case.
