Pizza Hut

wow. Ordered a pizza at 9pm — it’s now 12:43am and still NO PIZZA. Do I even need to say more?!
now let me say more: pizza finally came at like 1:10am … 4 hours after we placed the order AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO OUR HOTEL ROOM COLD.

No. Plainly, no. They are not a well rounded fast paced pizza franchise. How is it the customer’s fault if this particular Pizza Hut doesn’t have enough delivery drivers to hold stability within their working environment? They left me ordering a pizza with regret, as soon as I found out that the pizza would not be delivered until two whole hours later? I called to inform them that I did not want my doorbell to be rang, as it was really late at night and I didn’t want to wake up my folks and when I confirmed those simple requests with the guy on the phone, up until he had asked me if I was going to be patient and stay awake longer, by saying «You know it’s gonna take two hours, right?» I was stunned. «Oh really??» Which he carelessly replied, «Yup.» I never felt so much frustration. I indeed waited two hours, and was severely exhausted from waiting. This pizza was supposed to be my kid’s dinner, and even then she didn’t see the pizza that night because it was passed her bed time. Once it finally came, NO ONE had explained to the delivery driver that the doorbell must not be touched, and he rang it five times! I was furious but realized this man did not know English very well, and I pardoned him, tipped him, and forwarded my anger towards Pizza Hut. No they do not care about their customers, and no they will not improve their mistakes. This was the first time I ever ordered pizza from this location, and never again.

Awful, if you order get carry out. Delivery is impossible and you will always be forwarded to the call center to order for this location. The pizza is always okay but there’s times when it tastes uncooked. There are better pizza places nearby with way better service.

I usually read the detail in other’s reviews before eating somewhere, but this is Pizza Hut, what can go wrong? Oops, big mistake. 100+ minutes after I ordered my pizza arrives cold and the driver tells me he forgot my order of wings. If I want my wings he can bring them back, but the clock starts over and I’ll have to wait another 90+ minutes. An hour and a half is your standard delivery time? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How on earth does a business that relies on delivery get away with this. Oh yeah, morons like me that fail to check the reviews. Anyway, I said no to the wings so now I’ve got a credit since they couldn’t refund the charge to my credit card. Why? Obviously because the owner doesn’t care. My delivery driver was apologetic and said he had been the only driver for the previous couple hours and orders were stacking up. I appreciated his honesty but ultimately was left with a cold and incomplete order.

My family and I decided to order pizza for dinner tonight because we were too hungry to cook. DO NOT ORDER HERE. We waited almost 1 hr and 50 mins for pizza to be delivered to us which we had to call and check what was going on with the pizza. They told us that it wasn’t sent out yet but would be the next to be sent out. I could not wait so we just cancelled because it wasn’t worth cold pizza… Highly disappointed.

The pizza itself was great (& correct) but it took 1hr 45min to reach us. When we ordered online it didn’t even give us a delivery time, just said NA. However I understand this is because this a very busy area so I imagine this pizza Hut is incredibly busy almost all the time.

Why is it that this place takes over an hour to make and deliver a pizza when other Pizza Huts are so much faster? Working overtime means pizza, but I might get Dominos for the office next time instead of Pizza Hut.

Was quoted an hour for our order. Got there and order was still not ready. It took an hour and a half to get our order. We were told there was only one cook and they had a big order. Will not be ordering again. Every time we order there is an issue. This is the worst Pizza Hut we have ordered from.

An hour and a half delivery time, then pizza arrived cold. Not warm, not room temperature. Cold. The Pizza Hut is only five miles away from where it was delivered. Otherwise the pizza was okay, just regular Pizza Hut pizza. I should have paid attention to the other reviews.

I’m a loyal Pizza Hut purchaser. I’ve had bad after bad service, & I’ve ordered at this location a couple times before. This was the worse service I’ve had in awhile. I ordered because a bunch of my friends were coming over. We were all really hungry & finally decided to order Pizza Hut. We ordered online & the wait was 45mins. It was late so I called, the manager didn’t seem sincere at all. He gave me a promo code which barely did anything. The pizza eventually appeared after 90+ mins, it was cold, looked like it got tossed around & I don’t think we even finished it after being so hungry. –Fall 2013

Two things 1. The customer service is like talking to someone that hasn’t mastered basic knowledge of pizza. 2. My grandson is on medication and he needed to use the restroom. Being polite and understanding the y just flat out denied this. He is only 7 years old and well behaved. Most companies will allow a restroom to be used by a minor in emergency situations such as this. I will pick up my pizza this time but this is the last time I visit this pizza location.
And last but not least of course they got the order wrong!!! This would be less than 1

They had to shut down. Said they didn’t have the staff to deliver a pizza. So i called Papa Johns. One star is too many.

Interesting. Ordered a pizza with spinach… never had it added to pie raw on top of everything after everything else is cooked. Just interesting. Would have liked the spinach cooked.
The pasta I also order was ok. Not dry, moist

Horrible! Ordered my pizza online & showed up 45mins later to give them time to make it. When I arrived, I was told it was going to be an additional 25mins & it’s 8:48PM. Would this happen if Peyton Manning was owner? lol

LAME! LAME! LAME! — website & staff & manager!
Placed an on-​line order an hour+ ago.
35 minutes later & though their website stated the order was successfully submitted the staff said they had no record of it.
No offer to make it right either!
Yes I checked it 3 x’s to make sure it was all in order.
Poor business management!

One is too many stars… ive seen pizzas show up with a lazy amount of misplaced cheese, but my pizzas had none! That was after waiting over an hour to get them late. Called the store when they hadnt shown up yet and she said «I dont know it needs to be 30 minutes late before I see whats going on»??? No napkins or peppers, tetrible waste money! If youre in Denver, call anywhere but here!

Placed my order online, was told that order should be delivered by 2:48, at 3:08 I received A phone call from a blocked #, figuring it was the driver, I answered, only to be hung up on. I waited 3 minutes figuring they would call back. When they didn’t, I called the store. It was in fact the driver, and since I hadn’t answered, he returned to store and they cancelled my order. Why bother asking for an address if your drivers aren’t bright enough to look for it? I had a direct view of the entrance, and the driver never came in the building, and I didn’t even see a pizza hut sign drive into the lot. Worst experience ever dealing with pizza hut, but rest assured that this particular one will NEVER get my business.

No complaints here, ordered my pie and some wings.

pizza was hot and tasty, buffalo wings had great heat and flavor.

Our business wasn’t in their system so we had to give them all our information. Why can’t you just deliver to the address?
Had to deal with their «national call number» and since I didn’t know the zip code, they told me to call back and I might get the actual location.
Really? We are literally two blocks away. THEY should call me. Too much hassle. Uno’s is just down the street with WAY better pizza. Calling them now… I just didn’t want to have to pick it up.

I don’t know why this place has 1.5 stars. Its a Pizza Hut. The pizza taste good and takes 20 mins to make. I always «Carry-​out» so I’ve never had any problem with delivery. When I asked the (shift)Manager why all the bad reviews he said that a lot of his delivery staff had quit and the wait can get pretty long for delivery on peak nights, which is understandable. The only time I’ve had anything unexpected happen was Valentine’s night. I ordered, drove over, and had to wait ~10 extra mins for my food. They were swamped and the manager offered everyone waiting a free pizza and drinks.
I gave 5 stars because it is exactly as I expect a Pizza Hut to be. Good, fast, pizza.
