After seeing the reviews on Unilocal(and because we were in the neighborhood), we decided to swing by. The place was great! The guy at the front who took our order was efficient and funny. The guy who ended up serving our food was also smart, engaging, and efficient. We ordered the steak phở and a couple beers. I couldn’t even finish the medium– it was so big and hearty I had to(regrettably) leave some behind. I don’t know if I’d go out of my way to come back here, but it will definitely be a stop when I’m nearby. Clean, affordable, tasty… what more can you want?

Super nice employees and decent flavor. My noodles were overdone, which brings the rating from a 3.5 to a solid 3.

I have had to come to terms with the fact that the change of management here has changed the food for good as well. :-(While it’s still good… It’s not at all what it was. I have given it at least 4 retries before doing this update and I have to say that the quality lost a star. The chicken pad Thai used to taste a little sweeter than it does now and there have been a couple times where the sauce was almost grainy. I don’t get the peanuts in my pad Thai, so I couldn’t just blame that. Overall the flavor has changed and is a bit blander to me as well. I will say the cheese wontons are still some of the best I’ve had and the Thai iced tea is great. Guess it looks like I need to start shopping around for a new favorite place to go for my chicken pad Thai.

Good food, good price, good service. Nothing fancy. I always get the Egg Roll Noodle Bowl(not on the menu) and the pot stickers and am always happy with the food. The people who work there are friendly and willing to recommend their favorites, which is how I found what I order.

Phở Fusion changed their name, over a year ago, to Saigon Fusion. The menu and quality hasn’t changed much, so the recent reviewers should get a pass for not noticing the change in name.

Friendly staff, spacious dining area, and generous portions. I recommend the tofu noodle bowl and phở!

I was coming down with a cold and I was craving something warm and soupy. I’ve driven by this place almost daily and decided that some phở would hit the spot. I called ahead and ordered some veggie & tofu phở, the chicken lettuce wraps and sesame chicken. The lettuce wraps were my favorite of those three dishes with the phở a close second. All the flavors were very fresh and the phở was generous in portion size(I had enough for 3 meals). The sesame chicken was for my boyfriend and I didn’t taste it but he said it was too sweet for his taste and the accompanying egg rolls were«strange».

I lived next to this place for a long time but never seemed to make it in. I’m glad I did though. I walked in and was greeted by the most kind fellow. He was happy to be working there and knew the menu well. I asked him what was good and he said the pad Thia. I got that and a drink and it was a great price at about $ 8. The food came out fresh and fast brought to me by the same friendly guy. It was a huge portion. I was kinda shocked by that when I noted how little I had paid for such amount. Happy to bring the rest home for dinner. The food was good. Better than good its great. My noodles were cooked right and the dish came with everything to be mixed in. It wasn’t as spicy as I like but the table came with 5 sauces to fix that right up. If you happen to be in this part of Denver skip the 4 fast food places next to it. This place is the real gem in the crown.

The name has changed and the place has had a mini make-over, but the food is still great! A few new items to the menu, I still stick with the steamed dumplings and vietnamese eggrolls-they are so good! The phở is still one of my favorites and I just can’t seem to get enough of their noodle bowls! and they have Coke Products and decent happy hour prices for beers and wine! The staff changes a bit but everytime I have been they all have been super friendly.

You will be greeted with a big smile when you enter. Location is convenient for us and we always debate whether to get phở or a noodle bowl. We have eaten here more than 20 times and it is reliably good, but not fabulous or really memorable. I would rather eat here than at various burger restaurants in the area.

So this place(Should be listed according to the sign on their door, Saigon Fusion) is right next to my work. No matter how much you don’t really like a particular place, it always seems like convenience gets the best of you. Given that I’ve been here several times, I think I’m being really fair in my first opinion of this place. This place seems perpetually understaffed, at least during the lunch hour which is the only time I’ve gone. There are literally 2 people working — the guy at the register and the lady in the kitchen. You are not going to be helped immediately because the poor guy at the register has a line and also is taking phone orders. In the 15 minutes I was in there today, he had 4 phone orders and a steady line of customers. This has pretty much been the case every time I’ve been in. Second, I ordered 1 small hot and sour soup to go today. I waited 15 minutes to get my soup AND the lady who ordered a Pad Thai after me got her to-go order first. PS, why in heaven’s name would it take 15 minutes to put a ladle full of soup in a cup in the first place? Third, the hot and sour soup sucked. I’ve had lots of different kinds and I’ve never had one like this. It had a funk to the smell of it and was more of an amber color versus the brown color it usually is. It wasn’t inedible, but it certainly wasn’t something I’d classify as good. Lastly, based on my previous experiences and I’ll preface this with I’m not a Phở fan anyway, but I’ve had much better Phở. You get a lot of food, but that always seems like the case with Phở. For $ 8 I can think of a lot better Asian options in the neighborhood.

They have changed the name now to, I think, Saigon Fusion but it’s a cool little spot. Offers your regular phở and combination plates plus a couple of Chinese items.

I used to eat here all the time, but over the last couple of years I feel like the consistency of the Phở is just not there anymore. The Phở is the only thing I ever order, so I can’t speak to the rest of the menu. The restaurant is nice, very casual like a cleaner fast food joint. I also love everyone I have ever had wait on me – they are all very personable. I’ll continue to eat here if I ever have a hankering for Phở and I’m in the neighborhood, but unfortunately(because I loved this place) there is better Phở to be had elsewhere.

To make a long story short, these cats have been making the best Vietnamese Eggrolls in Denver(with the lettuce, cilantro, cucumber, carrots, sprouts, etc) for a long time, although Phở Fusion is not their first rodeo. I particularly recommend the Eggrolls, their lamb curry, and their noodle bowls(I usually order the combo without the chicken, more of the other protein’s instead). Their Pad Thai and Coconut Curry Pad Thai are good also. The Phở is ok, but there is definitely better around. The service is very friendly, and fast. They are consistently good on quality. And their Thai Tea is as addictive as it gets.

Fast and Casual. Phở Fusion is comparable to Noodles & Company and Pei Wei. This place is fine, I dont have any problems with it really. Seeing the word Phở + Fusion… I didnt expect anything super traditional or authentic. I do like how convenient it is and that most dishes are below $ 9. Check out their online menu. Menu option is great for going with friends. Not everyone wants phở… some wants Pad Thai, others want fried rice or curry. No problemo! this is where the Fusion part takes care of everyone’s choices. Got kids and they dont wanna eat phở? No problem! They’ve got corn dog and chips for them kiddoes and other types of kids meals. Order at the counter, grab your cup for drinks, refill yourself. Boxes are available on the counter to pack your left-overs. This place is good for the people that dont like to be bothered. My company and I ordered Phở and Pad Thai. Both dishes were tasty. Generous portions, we both had leftover. They have«Phở Sho» «Phở Shizzles» and«Phở-natic» t-shirts on sale for $ 10. If you’re a Phở-fan 4 Stars because of how convenient it is. Good option to have from the other restaurants when you dont feel like splurging and need some variety.

On the advise of a friend I tried Phở Fusion today for lunch and was glad I did. I went to the one on Hampden. I would describe the concept as Fast Casual Asian as they cover more bases than just Vietnamese… The place is spacious and clean, with the exception of the Mens room – which could really use a remodel job. I had the Steak Phở. It is a huge portion for $ 7. The ingredients were fresh and the broth was flavorful. I really like the presentation and how you get to add the cilantro, fresh mint, etc on your own. I would definitely go back and will recommend… BUT, at the risk of sounding like a broken record — why doesn’t anyone in Fast Casual engage with the guest. The owner-mgr was present and accounted for but too busy with his paperwork to acknowledge people on their way in or out???

I was in the mood for some VN food and decided to swing over here. The parking lot was empty which had me very nervous about going in here, however the Unilocal reviews were very favorable. As I was walking in a couple was walking out, and the place was EMPTY! It was around 7:30PM. I ordered the Beef and Meatball Phở with some Spring Rolls. By the time I got my drink and sat down at the table they were bringing it out. Spring Rolls were very good. They have the perfect mix on the peanut sauce as well. However I always add some Siracha to the peanut sauce to spice it up. The Phở was ok, I have had better, however it was pretty good. I am assuming they have a big batch of phở and just add the meat you choose. I am not saying that the Phở was bad, it was pretty good. I did add some Hosin and some Siracha to it as well, with the jalapenos and various fresh veges that they bring out to the table. I left full, I did not finish all of the Phở. I am surprised they were not packed. The price was cheap and the food was good. I will return again.

Hands down my favorite lunch spot during the work week, especially for the price. The coconut curry pad thai used to be my usual, but lately it’s been tofu and veggie phở(one of the few places I can find it). The broth is great… not too sweet, and the serving is big. The service is consistently friendly and quick. The last time I went, my food was out by the time I sat down with my drink. If only there was a capitol hill location so I could go for dinner too…

I tell you, I can be so dense at times. While Unilocaling the other day I came across a discussion that pointed me to . While perusing the site, I found a nice recipe for Tandoori Chicken. That eventing, while out & about, I gathered the ingredients, returned home & started preparing my dinner. What does this have to do with Phở Fusion, you ask? Well, I did not read the instructions, only the ingredients list. When I started prepping, I get to the point where it says, «Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours.(The longer the better.)» DOH! Got in the car & it lead me straight to Phở Fusion. It was 8:45pm, and closing time was near. No problem, you can eat here, the counterman said. No sooner than I sat down, my steak Phở arrived. Sliced beef, that great broth, noodles & the sides were just what I needed. Added a few Jalapeños, some sprouts & a few basil leaves. Just a touch of sriracha, and I was set. This is definitely my latest, greatest comfort food. By the way, I tried some of the tandoori chicken for lunch today. It’s a great recipe!
