When we called for pickup, the guy taking our order wasn’t familiar with the menu and tried to say they didn’t have a luau pizza… until we made him look it up. He was friendly enough but not knowledgeable.
They rushed us when picking up the pizza and didn’t offer is Parmesan… they just wanted to get to the next person.
Pizza was good but customer service lacking. Won’t be going back.

Placed an order at 728 pm and was told it would be 35 – 45 minutes. One hour passed and I called. They said someone had already left. 15 minutes went by and same thing. I finally called again and after being put on hold for 20 minutes they had the nerve to tell me they had no order from me. I’m now dinner-less and pissed off as a customer who spends a fair amount to their business.

Consistently overcooked. I worked at a papa johns in college and know what their good pizza should taste like. It wasn’t always this way. I’ve ordered from them for the past 8 years and it use to be really good. I’ve even asked them to not over cook or lightly bake it but it still arrives slightly burnt… even the breadsticks. I’m not ordering anymore from them.

I’m not gonna lie. I do not eat fast food. I generally do not like carry out pizza. I do not like chains. But, my 12 year old boy wanted pizza and we were in the neighborhood, so we popped in and ordered to go.
We got the Works and as we drove home, the smell was overwhelming… mouthwatering good and delicious.
We also ordered wings — buffalo style which came with 2 sauces. We got ranch and the garlic sauce. Both delicious. For fast carry out, it was awesome. Hot, fast, delicious and easy.
The staff was jovial and seemed adept. No problems. No worries.
Oh! and they were having a special — a large specialty pizza for $ 11.
Can’t beat it.

We ordered Papa Johns two days in a row. The first day, we got three thin crust pizzas. One pizza came with the cheese plastered all over the box. No bueno. I called. I complained. They gave me a credit for two free pizzas. The next day we ordered three more pizzas (two for free, all regular crust) and they all arrived intact. However, the wait for delivery seemed very long. I don’t recommend think crust from this place. It is pointless and limp. Regular crust holds up better. As far as quality goes, I get sad thinking that someone considers this to be good pizza.

I have had pizza from this Papa Johns probably about two dozen times. I have never had a single problem with this location. The pizza is always great and the delivery is aways speedy. I highly recommend this restaurant.
