Panda Express

I have read some reviews down here before giving my own, they may have lots of negative reviews but i wont cling to the idea of giving another one, I’ve been here yesterday and see to myself what they are saying, and yes some of it are really true, long lines on drive thru, and some unorganized things noticeable in the surroundings.
despite of those, there’s one thing that i like in this location and that is the outdoor seats.
seating there feels likes your just having your meals at home. relaxing.
i have no complaints on the foods since it taste good just like other fast foods in different places.

Do yourself a favor and skip this location. I waited in the drive thru for 30 mins then had to park and go inside to get my order. Worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever had.

The slowest Panda Express ever! I have no idea what management at this location does, but it’s obviously not insuring their customers are being serviced properly.

OMG. Second time to visit this location and second time to leave empty handed. It should not take ten minutes to serve a customer, especially with a line building. Will never visit this location again.

Service at this location always, always sucks. They’re agonizingly slow to process orders, so allow plenty of time — there’s nothing «fast» about this fast-​casual establishment.
(This review is for the location just southwest of Wadsworth and Quincy in Lakewood).

Unfortunately this new Panda needs work.
Lines, especially the drive through can take a long time. We waited at the ordering station ten minutes while it snowed. Had to keep my window open waiting on them to take my order. Then once in the drive through you are stuck; cars in front and back leave you helpless. I will never drive through again.
The food is like any other Panda.
The employees, as in more than one photo, leave drink cups out that take up valuable seating and is frankly unhealthy. The State inspector will fix that.

Usually the food is good, but the service there SUCKS!!! It is so incredibly slow and the staff is always rude!!! Even going through drive through they are incredibly slow and rude over the intercom! You would think with a giant line that it would make them go a little faster, but nope they take their sweet time. I’ve worked food industry for many years, and if I ever pulled the stuff they pull, I would have been fired very early on! Wish their service was better!

This restaurant has the slowest service ever. It’s 5:30PM on a Sunday (non football) and there are 3 people working. Absolutely terrible

I’ll keep this short. I pulled into the drive thru line at 6:31PM. I got my food at 6:57PM! I tried to back out but a car pulled up behind me. The food was chewy and cold. I’ll never go back.

This location sucks! Small portions for the price is ridiculous and a rip off! The steamed rice we got today through the drive through is crunchy and way under cooked! And the employees do not seem very happy. I won’t be back to this location!

I’m going have to agree with the horrible customer service reviews left for this Panda Express. I visited this location pretty often, but will NEVER return again after they served me RAW CHICKEN teriyaki meat! Some genius working that night decided to not let the cook know when the chicken teriyaki was all low/​gone, so we had to wait 15 mins for them to make some. They told us 15 mins and the meat still looked pretty raw on the grill, so I knew to inspect it thoroughly before consuming it. Once we got our chicken long and behold one piece was still kinda pink. I brought it up front (didn’t take one bite) and told them I’m not trying to be a pain. The cook saw me stood there and looked at it, told me its good. Didn’t even bother to offer to exchange my meat for me. What an excellent customer service! Didn’t want to cause a scene for a $ 7 meal so I just chucked it. You now lost one of many customers you will continue to lose with your horrible customer service. Soon enough it’ll put you out of business! Or the Public Health Inspection put you out of business!

Waited forever for someone to take my order, then waited even longer for someone to finally come out and ring me up. Chow Mein noodles were old and crusty. Orange chicken was old and dry. Dining room was filthy and employee drinks littered one of the tables. To top it all off, every fortune cookie was broken. I know Panda Express isn’t the epitome of fine dining but make a half hearted effort people. This Panda was nice when it first opened, but I doubt I’ll be coming back here after this experience.

Should of walked out when I wasn’t even greeted when I walked into the empty restaurant. I was the only one smiling and saying hello. The bins were scarce. I panicked (i was hungry) and ordered my usual. The lomein (very dry noodles) the usually VERY yummy orange chicken (wish I would of had a food thermometer– Luke warm and soggy) and Kungpoa chicken which was delicious (because it had to be made fresh… needless to say while my other items sat getting COLDER on the counter). Very disappointed and WILL NOT be back. Even if the food that day was a fluke, there was no excuse for the poor… very poor… customer service.

The worst pad express I’ve ever been to my vegetables still had the labels on them. Got a three entrée I was the size of the one entrée brought it back in the manager didn’t even care

What !!! No white rice, 3 empty bowls, grumpy red shirts except the cooks seem to be having a good time. A newer location but they still have lots of work to do on the employee front, but hey it’s in front of a Walmart so they probably get all the folks who get fired from Walmart to apply!
Tip: women’s bathroom door doesn’t lock closed, beware…
Good place to come as long as it’s not during lunch or dinner.

Way behind in the kitchen and the front line. The drive thru is a great addition but taking away from the in house guests. Just walked out after waiting 10 minutes without even a hello from the staff. Major fail.

This is not a great Panda location. I was excited about the new location. It was lunch and busy. The first 5 entrée bowls were empty. The food was status quo for Panda. I like the Walnut Shrimp. All tables were taken, so I had to wait. While I was waiting, I noticed one table that did not have anyone seated, but instead was covered with drinks for all the employees. I find it unacceptable that management allows this to happen, while patrons are not able to find a seat. There were no drink lids and the entire restaurant was dirty. I will never come back to this one.

If you like Panda Express, you will like this panda express. If you don’t like Panda Express… you will not like this panda express. Easy enough? This is fast food chinese food. You don’t go to panda when you ACTUALLY want Chinese. Just like you don’t go to McDonalds when you want a REAL burger.
With all that said, I do love me some Panda occasionally. The dishes are pretty good, the staff is really friendly, and the seating on the inside is pretty fun and modern. There are table options for as many as one or two people and basic booths to big tables that fit probably 6 – 8 for good lunch. I frequently see employees tidying up and keeping it clean.
Like any food joint, if you go the last hour of the business hours, you’re not really going to get superb food — however everytime I go for lunch it’s hot and fresh.
This location is brand spankin’ new. It’s located right in the walmart parking lot next to Costco.
