Health department take note! This little spot was normally decent, above fast food . Three in our party arrived approximately 745pm place was filthy. I am attaching pictures that will speak volumes. The sad thing is, lots of employees chatting standing around doing nothing. There was no leadership or pride in appearance of employees or establishment. When we were leaving other patrons pointed to open kitchen disaster. There was food trash and more idle employees having great time

My friends and I ordered online tonight and didn’t figure out that our order was fulfilled incorrectly until we returned home. Upon calling, Amber was excellent at making sure that they sincerely cared about our inconvenience at having to go back to pick up the corrected order. The food tastes good, and we were compensated much more than our original meal. I’m very grateful and am enjoying the food!

Amber freaking rocks, she deserves huge hugs and huge bucks because she’s more than just an amazing manager, she’s an amazing person. Mistakes happen, we all know that, but how we respond to the mistake is what matters and determines negative or positive impact, and ultimately, our character. I had a friend who ordered food and there was a mistake that required him to go back and pick up a missing entrée. Amber went above and WAY beyond to make it right. What she did not only made it right for the today’s order, her grace and kindness won our hearts and won our lifetime business, we will always come back to eat here. Thanks Amber for your amazing soul!!!

Looks like the only Noodles & Co I’ll be frequenting anymore is the one at Colfax and Potomac. This location sucks. The guy at the cash register had no clue what he was doing, and it took us about 5 minutes simply to place our order. Then the manager wants to be a stickler about a side of marinara sauce. Really? Then the kid running the register sticks his fingers inside my drink cup to hand it to me. Seriously? Terrible customer service. And the food? Dry meatballs and cold marinara sauce. No thanks. Oh and the«no mushroom» order my husband made definitely came with a boat load of mushrooms. Their soda fountain was clean though, it’s the little things.

The young lady taking orders said one thing to us, «For here or to go.» No greeting, no amount owed, no thank you. Pathetic And I’m sitting here watching her play with her hair while helping other customers. She needs a job outside of customer service and especially away from food! Disgusting

Noodles and Co is noodles and co. You know what you will get. This location however excelled in service. Ordering was swift and efficient, and they were understanding when I couldn’t decide by waiting patiently. When I left and the bag split in two outside spilling half my meal, they quickly made me another and even threw in a dessert. It isn’t much, but it makes all the difference especially when a 3 yr old and 5 month old are in tow. Thanks!

Cleaner than some noodles and co. The food was a little slow and the server seems confused and forgot items for other tables. If you like noodles and co you won’t be disappointed.

First timer. Simply put: It’s fast food. I found the portions to be a little slack in comparison of what I have received at other Thai and Vietnamese restaurants. If you are in the mood for this type of food it is ok, fast, and pretty cheap. I would probably go here again. Just do not expect a very authentic experience and outstanding Asian cuisine. nu is simple, sort of fast food like.

This Noodles SOOKS. Each time I come for take out I’m so disappointed. Paid for extra spinach, on top of the spinach already in the dish and got TWO leaves of spinach in my dish, TWO. And the noodles were burnt. They are so stingy on ingredients it is absurd. Will no longer be coming to this Noodles. BYEEE

This place used to be decent, and unfortunately they completely fell off. It’s hard to imagine a restaurant more ill-equipped to handle the daily lunch and dinner rush. Staffing is always inadequate, and as a result your children will have to wait quite awhile to eat– a bummer since this used to be one of the better kid-friendly eateries in the area. For adults, the prices are high for the small portion sizes; especially the tiny salads. If you come here for lunch, bring a long book, some snacks for your kids, and preferably a burrito from Chipotle across the street.

I’ve got to say it’s been a long time since I used to eat at noodles but I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed by the food– the Mac an cheese was absolutely delicious and the Parmesan chicken was great too– my friend got the pad Thai and remarked that it was«alright» — the only reason I’m bothering with this review is that we didn’t get to eat together– by the time his pad Thai arrived I had finished eating my meal– as a matter of fact I saw several large bags of to go food leave before my friend got his meal– the tables were sticky and the floors had a lot of debris– good food but lacks proficient management

Food is decent. Great for kids. But waiting 25 minutes for a single noodle dish? That’s insane. Hire more staff.

Stranded in Denver, after a cancelled flight. Wandered over here. Great choices, friendly service and large seating area. Made fresh and hot. Got some wine from a wine shop down the street. Great lunch with a buzz

Was treated to a Your World Kitchen Tasting(meaning FREE food for me and my friends) and it was AWESOME! The food was excellent and the service was superb. Noodles & Company — and especially this location in Stapleton — is a great option for adults(and children). I had not been to a Noodles & Company in years, but I’m now addicted to the new menu. EVERYTHING was great!

Fast food is never blow you away kind of food. it’s I’m settling on this because I have no desire to cook tonight food. You all know what I mean. Noodles & Company is consistent and offers a variety of noodle based dishes. Some are a bit bland but others offer a big spicy kick. It’s pretty fast, you order at the counter from a nice teenie bopper and wait patiently for your food. It’s an acceptable option when looking for a quick fix for either lunch or dinner.

Market research for my work. I’m reviewing this based on being an american and not the chinaman that I am growing up chinatown and having the best asian foods. Definitely I can see being very good for the american palate. I mean if you don’t see a King of Thai anywhere around here, Denver, Noodles & Co. has a pad thai that’s cooked well and seasoned ok. Passable if I’m craving pad thai and only chipotle and burgers are nearby. IPO recently, so company must be doing something right for the right market. I hope they will create more innovative dishes with my company’s help.
