Jett Asian Kitchen & Sushi

This place is just ok. I ordered the beef teriyaki bento box and the Alaska roll. The roll was ok, I do appreciate that the salmon was fresh. It’s small for the price but it’s tolerable. However the bento box was not the best I’ve had. The vegetables seemed raw and unseasoned. The beef itself tasted like salted beef jerky that’s been left out for a while. The lettuce garnish seemed to contain brown lettuce pieces that seemed to be in the freezer for sometime. The service was ok. It seemed as though the waitress seems preoccupied with eating vs giving a simple napkin or refilling the water. However the overall experience wasn’t too bad, would I go back, yes probably for a dinner service to see how that is, would I order the bento box, that’s a no. If this place begins buffet lunch service you can tell it’s over with. But we’ll see. For the prices they charge, they better look into replacing some of the kitchen staff members, just a thought.

Love this place. I go probably once a week. The sushi is really good, and they have amazing happy hour deals.

I do not understand anyone who is giving this place high ratings. Ordered delivery for the first time tonight. While the service was quick, I think it is because they microwave everything. The food had a GROSS texture: all of our food was basically mush, and the only flavor came from soy sauce. YUCK. Seriously, for those of you that think this is good «Asian» food, it isn’t. Give some other places a shot. (Writing in hopes of helping someone else avoid a miserable delivery experience.)

I order from here at least twice a month. Everything on the menu I’ve had thus far is delicious. Never disappointed, I’d go for there drunken noodles over any other near by. Definitely recommend their sushi as well oh and order over 25 dollars and get a free thing cali roll or edamame, with two people that’s easy to do. And saves me from figuring out something my niece will actually eat (she loves cali rolls).

Now I understand why we received coupons in the mail for this place. The reviews seemed decent enough and its only a mile away, so I wanted to see if this might be a new sushi option for us. My girlfriend really liked her pad Thai, but my $ 11 special roll ended up being 6 small rolls that were equivalent to a California roll from King Sooper’s in terms of both size AND taste. Can’t recommend this place, especially when delivery took just over an hour that’s, again, only a mile away. If you live in the same area, definitely try Sushi Harbor instead. They’re consistently great and FAST, free delivery.

Horrible service. Most recently I was charged for more sushi than what I ordered. When I asked to speak to the manager/​owner they said they don’t see them often and that I could call the main number.
The past service experiences plus the «F» rating by the health department have taken this restaurant off our list.

This is our go-​to for sushi delivery. We usually get salmon sushi, tuna sushi, and the ugly roll. Solid place to get our sushi fix with quick delivery.

This has catapulted up to one of my fav happy hour spots over the last month or so! We decided to check out this neighborhood joint on Sunday evening for a «Mourning Monday» happy hour. They offer HH everyday from 3pm-​6pm which includes discounted sushi and apps along with $ 2 sake and beers.
I’ll be honest here, I’m not the pickiest when it comes to sushi so I can’t really speak to the quality, but I definitely enjoyed the rolls (got the salmon, Philadelphia, and yellowtail) and LOVED the steamed pork potstickers. The things that I love about this place are the cheap prices, it’s not crowded beyond belief during happy hour (COUGH, Kona), prompt service, and cool atmosphere. My boyfriend got out of this place with three rolls, potstickers, and a couple of beers/​sake during happy hour for about $ 25… sounds like a winner to me! We’ll be back soon!

My husband and I ordered pad Thai, a bronco roll, and tempura chicken for delivery. We live 6 blocks from the place and it took over an hour to get here. My dish (tempura chicken) was ok. My husband was very disappointed with his pad thai but said the bronco roll was very good. The main issue was the delivery time. I ordered online and the confirmation email didn’t give a delivery estimate. No call was made from the restaurant to confirm or give a time. The original plan was to go to Tommy’s Thai and I think we will next time. Wanted this to be a winner since we are so close but unfortunately this time it was a bust.

Jett has become our new go-​to for sushi. Food is fresh, staff is good, inside is clean and attractive. Love the complimentary dessert! Happy Hour prices are amazing! Will keep coming back!

I don’t often write reviews unless I have an over the top great or terrible experience. I have been ordering from Jett for 6 years. My husband and I lived in Park Hill down the street from the restaurant for years. They delivered super fast. The drivers and every person on the phone was great. We loved their sushi rolls and even though they tended to be pricey, their serving size was generous so it made it worth it. Leftovers.
I use past tense with the compliments here as recently their service and food quality have gone way down. In the last 12 months things have changed for the worst. My hope is that management sees this review and makes some needed changes. We ordered about 3 weeks ago and while the service was slow, the food was okay. But not tonight.
I have ordered 4 – 5 times in the last 8 months. The delivery takes 15 – 30 minutes longer than promised every time. When I call to check to see where the food is, the people on the phone are rude. Why do I keep ordering you might wonder? Because I have memories of how great this restaurant used to be. Last night’s experience will be the final time I will be ordering from them.
*Food arrived 10 minutes past the time I was quoted. 1 hour and 10 minutes. I was quoted 45 min-​1 hour. Ten minutes late isn’t the end of the world, but when I called after an hour, the woman on the phone was rude and dismissive. «We said it was going to be an hour. I have three drivers on the road your food is on the way.»
*Once the food arrived, it tasted awful. We ordered Chicken Lettuce wraps, Veggie Eggrolls, and Pork Fried Dumplings.
*The Chicken and veggie mix for my lettuce wraps was burned, tasteless, and because of the long delivery it was lukewarm. Ewww. The lettuce itself was warm versus cold as they are normally served.
*The Egg rolls and dumplings both were stone cold and honestly tasteless.
Sadly after 6 years of loyal patronage, I will not be eating here again. Hopefully they get enough negative feedback that they can make a turnaround. They get two stars because they remembered all sauces and the driver was at least nice.

Ordered lucky 7 sushi roll and pad Thai for delivery. Good food & delivery was fast enough. I did skip the busy peak time to order for delivery to skip the extra waiting time though. Will order again!

I have never dined in at Jett but use them frequently for take out/​delivery. I enjoy their sushi and compared to the other places locally I have used for take out sushi Jett’s tastes more fresh to me.
The delivery has been quick, friendly and prompt. The person that answers the phone to take the orders is so very nice and friendly.
I will continue to use them as my primary choice for sushi take out/​delivery.

When ordering delivery from Jett I’ve come to expect an hour long wait but great food. This isn’t an issue to me because I understand that it’s a full restaurant so delivery time isn’t the biggest priority. However keeping their costumes happy is their biggest priority. I’ve been in the store I appreciate the kind service I always get. And I’m also appreciative of the fast response to their customers when they have an issue. All in all I really like this place, and their amazing curry.

I usually go to eat at the store with my friends, love their SALT& PEPPER CHICKEN WINGS and SPICY TUNA roll.
I ordered some sushi and rolls for delivery the other day. Some reviewers complain about their delivery, I don’t know, I waited for about 30 min. The wait is totally worthy it because food is so good!

We live maybe 15 minutes away, ordered delivery on a snowy day at 12:07
We called after 2 hours to see where our food is. The lady was very sweet and let us know it was out for delivery
Our food was ice cold when it arrived at 2:22. No refund etc offered.

I’m ABSOLUTELY appalled by this place. Ordering on grub hub at 11:00 (2 sushi rolls). I went to pick my order up at the time they said it would be done (11:30) I had to wait for another ½ hour until I was walking out the door. I was late getting back to my job come to find out my order wasn’t complete there was no soy sauce and the jalapeño I ordered and paid for was not in the roll. Paying $ 22 you expect to get what you ordered. I called to talk to a manager and she wasn’t there. I wouldn’t waste your time or your money. I will spread the word in my office also.

We ordered delivery. The pork potstickers tasted like they were taken out of a freezer and warmed up, very processed from a factory not home made. The won ton soup had romain lettuce rather then the normal bok choy. Hot and sour soup also not home made. The main dish was made incorrectly and the sushi life roll had a chewy rubber like shrimp in it. The sauces all came in cheep little packets no home made telling me they have no pride at all in their food. All arrived cold. Nasty food. Never going back and hope this helps you to not have to experience this place.

Love this place! Delivery is prompt and very friendly. The Thai fried rice and crispy duck are my favorites so far but I’ll definitely trying more dishes for sure!

Their waitresses are very sweet. Love their Thai Basil Seafood. It even has a whole lobster shell on top. Delicious!

So happy to have an affordable and consistently good sushi delivery place nearby. They never skimp on the fish in the sushi rolls. Been ordering from them for 3 years now and at one point I was getting delivery up to 3x/​week. Will definitely satisfy your sushi craving!

I’m updating this review after our experience last night, which was some of the worst food I’ve ever had.
This place has gone downhill in the last four years. We keep trying to give it chances since it’s close to us, but there have been too many awful meals to continue.
The pad thai was dressed with what I can only say was probably ketchup. Bland, sickeningly sweet, and no other flavor to speak of.
The two curries we ordered were also incredibly bland, and the potatoes were raw. Actually raw.
Also, on preview from other reviewers, seems there have been serious health code violations.
Never again. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

Very dependable. I have ordered the sushi, pad thai, and sesame chicken all for delivery.
Each time I have ordered (through the Unilocal app), they have been timely, everything is hot, and the order is correct.
I’m usually skeptical of Asian-​fusion type restaurants. My fear is they do a lot of things, but none of them very well. But in this case, everything I have ordered is very good. None are the best I’ve ever had. But they’re very good.

Delicious Chinese food! Delivery was pretty fast. I ordered a LOT of food and all of it was fantastic.

This place is hit or miss for me. I order delivery from here a lot, and sometimes it’s outstanding, other times, not so much.
Most recently, I ordered the three roll sushi lunch combo. Two of my rolls (Philly, Christmas) were riddled with poorly cut fish. Just gristle all through it. Pretty big bummer, and far from cheap ($ 14). I also had the sesame chicken not long ago, and it was really tough and the sauce tasted burnt, somehow.
That having been said, I can’t give anything less than three stars, because previous sushi experiences have been delicious.

The waitress was new but very sweet and helpful. The table was a bit filthy (we had a booth seat) but it was soon overlooked by the yummy hot sake! The fish was fresh and the seaweed salad had an amazing presentation.
Ladies beware… the bathroom was FREEZING and the hot water never seemed to never get hot… it was a bit harsh on a cold January afternoon.
Parking was a bit of an issue during shipment time. If you park in the lot, next to the building, make sure they aren’t unloading soon! One way in and one way out.

Alright. So far I’ve only ever had delivery (via GrubHub) from Jett. But I must say that it has been delicious! I’ve had the hot and sour soup, crab cheese rangoons, chicken pad thai, and the chicken lo mein. All have been delicious. The hot and sour soup has a tasty kick to it. The crab cheese rangoons have green onion in them and seem less oily than other places I’ve ordered from. Mmm…
One of these days I will have to venture down and actually enjoy a meal in the restaurant.

I was searching for a place with Asian noodle dishes but then could not resist ordering sushi. Right from the app! Order came with a free extra California roll. I picked a basic avocado roll, philly, and the ugly roll with avocado, cucumber, jalapeño and tuna/​avocado on top. Also crab/​avocado appetizer salad. It had a slightly spicy slightly sweet wasabi dressing. All of it was amazing. I think I need to go again before I depart from Denver to actually try the drunken noodles.
