I guess I have to give one star to get this review posted, but they do not deserve that! I went in to have a rebase on my acrylics and the«gentleman» that works there went crazy with his drill on my nails. From the start he drilled till I had to pull my hand away from the heat the drill caused on my nail bed, and at the end I think I have a nick in each finger from the drill, one of which is under my pinky nail and is killing me! I will never visit this salon again.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment for my little sister and her friend so they could get their nails done for Prom. To say they took complete advantage of these two girls is an UNDERSTATEMENT. They went in with coupons stating that each of their manicures would be $ 22.00 and their toes would be $ 10.00– $ 32.00 each plus tip would make it about $ 40.00– not too bad. Each of them walked out paying $ 72.00! Since these girls are still in high school and respectful, they didn’t question it but I was told the gentlemen checking them out rolled his eyes when my sister asked to give him a 20% tip. These people are disrespectful and took total advantage of these young ladies for a crappy nail job that is peeling away two days after going in. DONOT go to this salon as it is a waste of money and you’ll be over charged for rude service and mediocre work.

I have gotten a few pedicures here and they did a good job, so I decided to go in for a manicure recently. All I wanted was a basic manicure. I had a gentleman there call me over to do my nails and he was telling me about the gel manicure, and how it lasts longer. I told him ALL I wanted was a basic manicure, but thank you anyways. He started to cut my cuticles, and I could tell he was being a little rough when BAM-I look down and I’m bleeding everywhere. Profusely. He cut my thumb so bad it was throbbing. I tried to stay calm and told him I needed to wash my hands-the last thing I need is an infection, especially being pregnant right now. He apologized and a few minutes later I went to the sink. I look down only to find another finger had been cut and was bleeding! After returning, he started to do my nails and offered to do the gel manicure for the same price as the regular. I said no thank you twice-he proceeded to do the gel. I firmly told him no for the third time — no gel. Then he tried cutting the cuticle again around my bloody thumb. Unreal. I abruptly stopped him. I couldn’t believe how rough he was-needless to say this was the first time I have ever not tipped someone-ever. I don’t recommend this salon and certainly won’t be returning. I rushed right home to wash my hands several times and load up on the neosporin. It’s been 5 days and my thumbs still hurts. Horrible salon.

I went there only because I was in the area, needed it done and wanted to save some time. Plus the google reviews that were there were 5 stars! Anyway. It was very busy, so I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes. It’s expected since I was a walk-in. I got my usual, a french pedi and a shellac french mani. They worked on me at the same time. First for the pedi the girl did not cut my nails short enough, or bothered asking. I think I did tell her that I dance and use my feet so I like them short. Then she painted on the whites way too small, so I had to have her repaint them. Then for the mani, and I guess I understand WHY they do this but she started using the rotary file on my nails(which are great, and healthy, and strong) to thin out the fact that the shellac makes them kind of thick… but all that ended up doing is weakening and scratching up the tops of my nails. When my nails started to break on the corners(because the dumb girl weakened them by grinding at them) I soaked off my own shellac(after a little less than 2 weeks) and becoming upset at how destroyed my top nails were. To top it all off after visiting this store I got toenail fungus under my big toe. I’ve never had it before in my life and now I have to wear dark polish to cover it up. How embarrassing. I will never suggest that anyone go there, unless they like rush jobs and fungus.

I came her to have a french manicure for my natural nails. The gentleman that did my nails was not very gentle and the skin below my cuticles peeled horribly for a week after the manicure due to the roughness of the cuticle removal. Although my nails were completely dry when I left the salon, the white had begun to chip before I even made it home. Overall I was unhappy with my manicure at this salon.
