Life savers. I called a few cleaners looking for ‘the right one’ to attempt the red wine stain on my vintage powder CHIFFON silk dress. Most cleaners sounded as I they had no idea what they were talking about(like saying they’d have to wash it) idiots. Majestic was confident and delivered, not overpriced at all and I am now a life time client. Thank you for saving my dress.

Not sure about all the complaints on price. Always seemed reasonable. I’ll go in with 4 shirts two pants and it will be under 20 bucks. Nice people as well.

Take notice that there are 4 dollar signs($$$$) in the Unilocal description for this dry cleaner. They are VERY expensive. The quality is good, and they are quick, so I’d recommend them if you only had one or two things. But if you get your clothes cleaned a lot, avoid this place!

There are plenty of dry cleaners/alterations shops in Capital Hill. Take a pass on this place. — TOTHEOWNERS: You may not raise the price of your services 120% while your customer has their back turned. PERIOD. If there was an error, you need to call and let your customer know the new price before you complete the work. You are NEVER allowed to call your customers to yell at them. If I ever hear from you again I will call the Better Business Bureau. —– Sad really, the work they did on my pants is excellent. Hence the two stars.

After doing a bit of research for a dry cleaner near my house, I found this was the best option. I will say they do great work here and generally it’s a(2) pickup window. I’ve had some special request for oil stains etc and they were able to get them out. I’ve also had them fix broken pocket seams, broken metal«u» hook on dress pants and buttons. I will say its average pricing: around $ 4.95 pants and $ 6.95 jackets and $ 1.75 dress shirts. They are very friendly. Work days they are open til 6:30 so I can still get there after work, 5pm on Saturdays and closed Sunday. I have no complaints here!

I iron so infrequently that when I pulled out my iron a few weeks ago to press my husband’s shirt before an interview, I sprayed rusty water all over his shirt. Not awesome! I’m taking that as a sign to just let the pros at Majestic Cleaners handle the laundering, the ironing and the starching from now on. Compared to other neighborhood dry cleaners, Majestic is very fairly priced. I want to say dry cleaning for shirts is $ 2 a pop, but I can say with certainty that I paid less than $ 40 to have 3 dress shirts, a pair of suit pants, and a queen size quilt dry cleaned. If you’re looking for alterations, they offer that, too. Majestic shares a parking lot with Barracudas, so if you’ve let your garments stack up, there’s no need to hoof ‘em over with a garbage bag slung over your back or look for street parking. Four stars for making my life easier.

Prices are right and they got something I needed done in 24 hours. Just had to ask and she says no problem. Thanks for making my life a little easier.

A quaint little shop in the middle of Cap Hill. I’ve been taking my work clothes here for about two years and I have yet to be disappointed. I cannot comment on the services other than cleaning, but dem derre skills are solid. Not at all pricey for getting you looking clean and sharp! Plus, the turn around time is typically very quick. I love the convenience of their location and the early evening hours… open until 6:30 p.m. during the week. Support local business — check this place out :-)

Been REALLY lazy about Unilocal lately; Gonna try to turn that around. Majestic Cleaners: It’s a half block down from my place, so location is nice. The front lady is very polite, however her English is poor at best. I brought in a bunch of work shirts to get dry cleaned and she kept saying ‘launder?’ to me. NO, DRYCLEAN. ‘Launder?’ Finally, I just gave up and had everything laundered. I’ll go dry clean them somewhere else I guess. Since I can’t really review how their dry cleaning prices are, I’ll say that the laundering fees really weren’t that bad. However, this might be a bit subjective, since I only go to dry cleaners for dry cleaning and never laundering… so I really am not real sure about what the costs should be.

We’ve been going here for about a year. We use the laundry service for all the nice dress shirts, gowns, nice blouses and it’s way cheaper and great quality. We go there at least twice a month if not more and the owners are super sweet and very accommodating. I recommend! Now, I’m trying out rugs this week… fingers crossed!!!

I just dropped some clothes off here and they’ll be back to me Saturday which I suppose is a pretty good turn around. I’ve had them clean one great big comfy down comforter for me and that turned out really well. I mainly go to them because I can walk there and they are open til 6:30 which is nice for my schedule. I recommend them if you are in the area.

This dry cleaner has two things going for it — I can walk there and they are willing to alter my vintage dresses without a second thought. And that’s why it’s really the only place I go to. However, I’m pretty sure they are way overpriced as far as altering costs so if you aren’t too lazy to drive outside a four block radius you can probably find a better deal. But, if you are like me and only drive your car about once every other week and prefer to support the business in your little neighborhood the owner is super nice and the prices are still affordable.
