Under no circumstances should you contract with this company. High pressure sales tactics, absurdly poor installation and service and dishonesty. I shared with the salesperson that we would be needing to suspend service during work on our house and when I called to do so was treated rudely and inflexibly. Cancellation requires $ 400 or paying off the 3 year contract. This is an awful company. Avoid them like the plague. The system never worked and I got no response from service calls. This is a predatory company and DirecTV should be embarrassed to be associated with them.

As a long time DirecTV customer I thought using their security service would be a great solution, was I ever wrong. In the first 30 days I have had 4 hardware/device failures. I got double billed for monthly monitoring fee and when I called to «end the relationship» they told me I could not after the first 3 days, despite the fact that the first two failures were in that time-frame and I asked to get out then. Horrible company, avoid doing business with them at all cost. I am now stuck with them for 3 years at $ 50.00 per month.
