Bijan was an excellent host and trainer for an out of towner who just happened into Kinetics for a quick workout. Got much more with great tunes, great workout and most importantly a great attitude from Bijan!

Best spin instructor!
Spin is one of the best overall workouts but, I had never been to one like this before! I needed a new challenge and when I saw who was teaching the spin class I jumped right in. The instructor said her name was Lara, and started playing her warm up music.. . I thought ~ Ah, yeah — This might be fun, she looks cute! Then the 1st song played.
OMGosh! It got my heart rate up and she kept me there for the entire 60 minutes! This is not your typical boring spin class. Bring your ‘A’ game if you expect to keep pace with her! It’s my new favorite work out. You’ll see me there every Monday at 6: pm)
