KFC

People are usually nice, but they often have you pull around from the drive through and wait for your food. Kinda pointless for drive through.

It took us over 30 minutes to get our order. When they entered in our orders they rang in combos instead of individual sandwiches. They did not get one order right for our family. After complaining the manager finally came out to the office to adjust our tickets but he never addressed the employees that were playing around. 3 – 4 crew members stood at the front counter talking to their friends instead of making food or helping to hurry along the orders. Will not be returning here.

My my my. Poor KFC. It’s lunch time and this place is in the weeds. The poor cashier screwed-​up every order, I ordered to dine in, given my order in a bag. I reminded them I was dining in, I get «so sorry, no trays». Wanted a Pepsi, it was out. So, ya betta like your chicken if you stop by at lunch.

The wings was great. They have this nice and warm traditional wings.
I love their custom made sauce, it feels really traditional like the one that we had on the country side.
A nice option of spicy wings, will totally come back again for more.

Horrible experience tonight. Staff had no idea what was going on. I had to order 3 times b4 they got it. Kept telling me to hold on, coming back to intercom and asking how they could help me… then told to wait for 3 minutes after paying. It was 13 minutes b4 I had food. Watched the lady use her mouth to open a container and use it on food… unsanitary. The drinks came out with whipped cream and ice cream melted all down the sides. Disgraceful.

KFC– they have amazing $ 5.00 fill up deals! Its has a good variety and all of meals hit the spot. You get the option of spicy, crispy or grilled for healthier options.

How Do You KFC?
All of the KFC commercials have been driving me wild! They are certainly effective. I had to get in there to answer the question and hashtag, «How Do You KFC?»
This is a pretty nice KFC. The décor is fashioned after a 50’s diner, the food is tasty and affordable, and the staff is topnotch.
If you are into retro-​styled restaurants then you’re in luck! This one has a cool 50’s vibe that makes you want to order a malt or milkshake. Luckily, this is a an A&W — KFC combo store, so you can do just that!
I really appreciate the quality of the food here. The Original Recipe is hand breaded and seasoned with 11 herbs and spices. If you like fried chicken, this is your realm. The Kentucky Grilled Chicken is pretty nice, too. It is marinated, seasoned and slow grilled. Take a bib for either, because that spork won’t help you out one bit!
Hey, I can’t forget about the staff! People are always more important than products. The folks at this KFC are super nice and helpful. Make sure to thank them for their hard work.

We had a great meal here, the food was fresh and hot, and the employees were great. Everyone was really nice. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept.
Getting into the parking lot if you are heading east is pretty rough, but I made it happen after some effort.

Normally I wouldn’t bother « Unilocaling» with fast food, but I have to hand it to this crew for really going the extra mile! Really exceeded my expectations and enjoyed eating here with the kids.

This KFC had the nicest, friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered in a fast-​food establishment. Everyone was cheerful and happy.
Our food was very good. We didn’t get much (hot dog, mini corn dogs, fries, coleslaw), but everything tasted fresh and cooked to order!
There were several regulars who popped in, and it was nice hearing the interactions the staff had with regular customers.

Stopped by real quick since we were headed to a play and had a FrontFlip app voucher for a free 2 piece chicken meal for free. Service was fast and the order was quick and easy. Chicken was hot and the cole slaw and mashed potatoes were tasty.
Another plus is the containers are awesome to reuse for small items.

KFC is KFC, it’s fast food fried chicken not much else to really say. It’s quick and it’s easy. My husband and I went to this specific location on S Colorado with a coupon we were excited to use. We did drive through and told the young man that we had the coupon, he said that the coupon didn’t exist and that there was nothing he could do. When my husband asked why he was atomically verbally attacked by the young man who was clearly having a difficult day.
Now I have worked the fast food drive through windows and it isn’t always pleasant, but never have I ever regardless how frustrated I got ever called someone a «MotherF***er,» specially a costumer. I mean this was because of a coupon! It was an awful experience and I will never go back to this KFC or a KFC anywhere. If they are willing to higher people that speak to there consumer so rudely, you can be sure I won’t be supporting or giving my money to the business. I understand that people have bad days, but this kid was so out of control I almost called the cops for verbal assault.
I advise not going to this location of KFC!!!

I have literally never had this kind of service at a fast food restaurant. Staff was cheerful, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to help us. Seemed like they were genuinely excited to help us.

What a stark contrast to my last fast food experience at Burger King
This KFC has 5-​star level of service! Not sure if it’s because my BF and I just got out of a business meeting and still in our Business Professional attire, lol. The workers there are so so nice, even when we told them we made our table a little messy, they said «no problem, I consider it job security!»
Loved the fact that this is a joint KFC-A&W. I had some coupons on hand and ended up using three of them! Now it did not say on the coupon one-​per-​customer but the staff let me use them all, AND she reminded me with the Cheese Curds and Floats coupons I could actually double them up and get two of each! I said no thank you, gotta watch the calories, lol.
I’m so glad of the food choices I made as they were all sooooooooooo good! Cheese curds and a float from A&W. Chicken Pot Pie from KFC, the Internet reviews were right, it’s a pretty tasty pot pie, but not as good as our Double Down Sandwich. OMG! My BF was doubting me when I told him how good that sandwich was, he raised his eyebrows, but as he took a bite out of those juicy fillets sandwiching perfectly cooked bacons, slice of white cheese, and some orange-​colored sauce, he was instantly convinced!
Screw Burger King, KFC-A&W is my new favorite fast good joint!

I’m sorry to say tihs but it seems like every A&W/KFC location I have encountered here is operated by a group of the Devil’s Rejects. No joke! I can say, this location was the first where I actually enjoyed my purchase, though, the service was slow and … a little special. However, it wasn’t decent enough for me to go back.

Everyone knows KFC, everyone knows A&W. When I was a kid, my parents would take me to a drive-​up A&W after basketball games so we could get frosty mugs of root beer. Now, you can mix and match your favorite fried chicken or chili cheese coney or root beer float or mashed potatoes. The store is clean and Latasha, who took our order, was super friendly and smiley. It’s not gourmet, but for a fast food joint this is a great place.

KFC/A&W beats out KFC/​Taco Bell or KFC/​Captain D’s or Long John Silvers in my book, because A&W makes some pretty tasty burgers. Quite frankly, they rock — not to the scale of a gourmet burger place, but definitely better than Mc D’s and Wendy;s and better overall than Burger King. Might be the fresh lettuce and tomato that goes on their Big Papa burger or the uncompressed buns they use. Mmmmmmm. Quick eats at a cheap price. They also have cheese curds, which are like mini batter-​fried mozzarella sticks… I think they’re overpriced, but if you like batter and molten cheese, this is a quick way to satisfy that craving. Drive-​through service here varies from fair to good, it’s never been horrible and never been excellent. If you’ve got time you might wanna cross Evans to the South and check out Ya Hala Grill, who make great gyro/​fries platters, but if you’re on the move, this isn’t too bad.

Do you want a burger? Do you want chicken? Have them both. It’s great to have the options here when I can’t decide.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through me being first in line. Ordered the food came out wrong and we didn’t get our whole order. Check your bag if you go here!

Normally, I am not allowed to visit KFC as my lovely wife has me a short leash and thinks the food is too fattening. Which it is, but tasty. Original only please.

OMG!
Every «customer» (can you be a customer if you don’t spend any money) had the free coupons. As we were leaving at 1315, they were almost completely out of food.
In addition to running low on food, they were short staffed. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. The tables were not clean.
So, why 3 stars?
The new grilled chicken is moist and tasty. I think it helps when one of your secret herbs is from a species that causes the munchies.
