First time I went here, no root beer floats. Then was told my burger would take 10 minutes. So I left… this time, they completely messed up the order after taking 10 minutes to get it together. Then refused my request for a chicken little because they were too busy… which they weren’t. Absolutely awful!

@kfc @awrestaurants Ice cream machine broken so no root beer float as it was the main reason I came.
Horribly short drive through line but the wait was over 15 minutes. Super, super slow service. Had to wait in the parking lot an additional 7 minutes to get my simple order.
Dazed, overwhelmed staff. I am hard pressed to return to this location after many years of patronage. I am a patient person but I am just shocked by the horrible awful service.
Missing the biscuit with the order. My ‘no tomato’ burger had tomato. Iced tea was nasty. I am shocked I decree. Go somewhere else. You’ll be glad you did.
