I think he does everything possible to help you out to make sure that his patients’ receive the correct diagnosis and treatment plan. He is extremely understanding, and is willing to listen to anything you have to say in order get to the solution of your issue.
He is knowledgeable and knows how to present the situation in your own language that makes it easier to understand; therefore, has a great bedside manner and can relate to what you are going through. I will always recommend him!

Dr. Moon is very knowledgeable and thorough. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. He listens and works with you to solve the problem, not just treat the symptoms. I would highly recommend him.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Moon! I had a new patient visit this morning, and he was incredibly kind and patient. He blocked out over 45 minutes for me, and answered all of my questions at length. I didn’t feel rushed, and felt like he truly cared about helping me. I highly recommend seeing him!

I wish i could give a negative 5 stars.
These folks don’t care about patients. I told them when i saw them mid year i was losing health insurance at year end so anything we needed to do we should do soon. They didnt tell me about tests they wanted and when they finally did there were supposedly no openings over the next 6 weeks.
They are too busy and just dismiss you and your health issue. It always takes 10 – 15 minutes to reach someone at the front desk.
Save yourself a waste of time and go somewhere else. Don’t put your health in jeopardy waiting for them to care about your issue.
