I have been on a 2 mo waitlist to see this dr and I have gotten a call every single sunday and monday morning for the last 2 months, it’s a robocall reminding me to check into their new online portal, I signed up for the portal thinking it would stop but it didnt! You tell them about it and they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about, but obviously it’s a problem! it’s documented from others. I havent even been to see this dr, but am somehow stuck in their robocalling loop. SO annoying, if you can’t figure out technology what else can’t you figure out???
