So… I don’t shop. No, really. I’m not That Girl. I don’t love clothes, I’m pretty happy in jeans and flip flops. I don’t revel in wandering malls and certainly don’t have any idea what colors are«hip» this season. With that being said, I visited this Guess location because it’s close to home, and a friend had gotten a(Cheap! $ 20!) leather card case. I wanted it. This Guess, being smaller than what I can only imagine is the Mecca at Cherry Creek, didn’t have it. What they DID have was customer service that absolutely blew me away. The manager(Casey? Carrie?) took my name and number down, assured me they had some un-opened boxes she had to go through, and said she’d call me. Here’s the absolutely crazy part: She called me! No, really. Stellar customer service at a retail store. She made my visit to… shall we say, somewhere out of my comfort zone, such a pleasure. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for someone who clearly loves her job and does it well!
