This is a great neighborhood liquor store with an incredible selection of wines and beer and spirits. Unlike the liquor store on the next block, Rite Aid’s Keg Liquors, the staff knows everything about their stock and can describe and recommend if you like. The folks at Rite Aid really are not there to know anything about what they sell.

They have everything you need. Those guys know their beer & wine info. Easy to get in and out. Great customer service. However-one of the wine gals has attitude sometimes. I really like the 10% on Saturday mid-day promo.

This is a good liquor store in the Southglen area with a small but good selection of wines and liquor and a pretty decent beer cooler. They have a good range of low– to high-end bottles, and the prices aren’t marked up. In fact, I see quite a bit of good sale prices when I come here. The store is pretty cramped, but they make good use of the space, and everyone who works here is very friendly and talkative to the customers. Grapes is my «go-to» spot when I need to grab a quick bottle or 6 pack.

While Grapes & Grains doesn’t offer a huge selection or discount prices, they do showcase a nice selection of quality wines and beers, including several inexpensive, yet good choices. The last time I was in the staff was giving away free cigar boxes — a nice plus!
