Went in to find a pickleball racquet and was very pleased with the selection and service! The price was equivalent to any online or chain sports store that you will go to. Super friendly people! They also have a big annual sale that’s not to be missed!

I’ve been a customer for a few years, but went in last week to have my racquet restrung. First, you will not find a more knowledgable staff. Anyone you speak to there is on the same page in terms of racquets, strings, shoes, etc. The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you get what you need as quickly as possible — if you need new strings while you wait, they will take care of it. The owner was working on my strings when he noticed a decent size cosmetic chip in finish on my racquet. Not only did he bring it to my attention, but he ultimately decided to replace the racquet altogether — at no charge. The racquet is just old enough to be out of the warranty period(slightly over a year old), but he obviously knows that keeping his customers happy keeps us coming back!

Jess at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, she was able to multi-task with ease. I had my racquet re-strung there, as I picked it up I decided to purchase a new grip, she put it on my racquet for me without hesitation, I will definitely do all of my tennis shopping here again, thank you Jess for all your help today and in the future! and a shout out to Clayton as well for getting the«ball» rolling!

This tennis shop has good stringing rates. They also have a lot of sales so you can get really cool cloths for cheap. This is an overall great place to shop for tennis supplies

Called twice to see if they had a certain racquet in stock. Both times they were out — that I didn’t mind so much. Both times they told me they would call me back with more info about when they would be getting more, neither time they called back. Wanted to give me my business to the local store but instead went to Amazon

I’ll admit, I don’t really like tennis shops because online prices are cheaper so I came into this place thinking I’d have a below average experience. Not the case. I’d forgotten my rackets at home and had a tournament match scheduled later on that day. Thought that I’d demo a few racquets instead of driving home. The selection of racquets were current and they had plenty of sizes /brand names to choose from. At $ 5 bucks a racquet for a 48 hr rental, I demoed two. especially since there was no deposit requited outside of them taking my credit card impression. Staff was professional and let me walk around the store without asking me 100 questions. When I came back to return the racquets, there was no sales pitch and it was an easy return transaction. I was so happy with the demo program that I wanted to buy the racquet and found their price to be the same as tennis express /warehouse. So I’ll be more then happy to purchase it from this store in the near future. The one bad side is the parking at the front of the store is TERRIBLE especially if you’re trying to back out of the lot straight into Colo Blvd traffic. So I’d recommend parking in the back to save the hassle. Thanks guys!

I give the store owner credit for being gracious to us yesterday with a stringing issue that was ultimately our fault. Good customer service goes a long way in my book. I will be back.

This place is a tennis lovers dream. Knowledgeable passionate staff, and it all revolves around Tennis! Just wish the store front was a little bigger, not that great of selection on clothing items.

After spending several hundred dollars at this place, the owner would not exchange a pair of shorts for me. In fact he gave me a 20% credit towards a new pair — my return still had the tags on it! I have never experienced such poor customer service from both the owner and the manager of this place. I have since taken my business and my teams to Gates Tennis Center. Gates is much more knowledgable and offers much friendlier service. Stay away from this dump…

I always hit this place when visiting Denver. Sometimes there are good deals to be had on clothing(even for Men) and they have nothing but tennis here, so it’s nice to be away from the general sports store riff-raff. Shoe selection isn’t bad either.

If you want to be treated like an absolute idiot and get lectured by the owner about what you don’t know about tennis and tennis equipment, then this is the place for you. I would recommend going to Sports Authority and buying the same racquet for 40% of the cost with a MUCH better return policy, and no attitude

I teach tennis on the side and I thought I’d reward myself for getting up Sunday early morning for some lessons… so I treated myself to a few new tennis skirts… Lucky me they had all my sizes on the sale rack $ 10 to $ 15 for Fila goods. I know… great work and nice find. Unfortunately finding your size on a sales rack is never a good thing but oh well… The store is probably 1⁄25th in size of Sportsmart but if you are looking for Tennis goods, stop by Game-Set-Match. What a cheeky business name.
