Really liked working with Meki. Believe she is very talented, experienced, and knowledgeable about choosing color. I hated the color I had painted my entryway, it was just so blah! Meki listened to my complaints and disappointment and focused on my wanting the entryway to have a more WOW effect. She used my large painting that I have hung in my entryway as inspiration and took a picture of my painting and paint samples of my living space to study. She then later came back with 3 different colors, 1 a dramatic color, 1 a safe color, and 1 after seeing I knew was RIGHT! I spent nine months searching for the perfect gray and got it halfway right. First time out Meki found a color that looks great in our entryway and flows well with the rest of our home. I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say I think she’s a genius!!! Highly recommend contacting Meki, if you are struggling choosing a color or even if you think you know what color you want to paint.

Meki Orr/​Eye for Color painted my three bedrooms and they came out beautifully. She gave good input for choosing colors, her painting is carefully done (straight lines where different colors meet), she has a great work ethic — is there when she says she will be and works hard all day, very reasonably priced and although it took her longer than expected in her quote, she did not charge extra. I highly recommend Meki for your interior painting needs and I will be using her again!

We couldn’t be happier with Meki’s work on our home. She went above and beyond in helping us pick our colors and painting our house. We know what we like, we just didn’t know how to pick the right color for our space. She has an eye for colors only a professional could have, she tied in the counter tops with the floors and the walls. She made runs to the store to get the paint samples, she came after work hour and weekends to work around our schedules so we could pick the paint colors. She made a special trip to the store to get the ceiling paint when I finally tracked the name of the paint color. In addition, she was just fun to work with, a great personality. Her prices are fair and competitive and her color consultation services are free, you just pay for the days it takes her to paint your space. We would use her again and have already recommended her to friends.

I hired Meki to paint my entire house based on Unilocal and a local blog reviews. I agree that she is an excellent color consultant and I am very happy with my colors. However, her painting skills are not high quality. Granted, I had a huge project in which all of the woodwork, walls and ceiling had to be primed, and then painted. But I thought she was up to the project as she seemed very enthusiastic. In the middle of the project, I had to hire someone to paint the ceilings and assist her so the job could be completed on time. I am continuing to use this other painter to fix her numerous drips, mistakes and unfinished/​poorly finished areas. I trusted that she was as good as the other reviews, but my experience has been very unsatisfactory and costly for me. I would recommend her for color consulting, but never for painting.

Meki with Eye for Color Interiors is fantastic! She helped us pick out colors for our nursery, came by to paint samples on the wall, and painted the walls and ceiling beautifully. She is quick to respond and pricing is very reasonable. We will definitely call her for our next painting job!

Meki came by for a color consult and offered some excellent suggestions! We plan to paint our first floor and color choices were becoming an issue (I want gray, husband wants warm colors with an accent wall). She helped us determine which colors would compliment our floors and furniture while guiding us toward use of the bright accent color in our fixtures, pillows and art vs. painting an entire wall. We are happy with her suggestions and moving forward with the colors she suggested. Her bid for painting was also extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend her services.
