I am absolutely head over heels for this company! The employees are super nice and friendly. They have helped me choose from their many, many flavors so I could get the one I’d like. I am new to vaping and the help I received was over the moon great! Seriously great prices. Seriously wonderful employees. I’m a customer for life!

E Cig of Denver is located on shady shady west Colfax. The parking lot resembles a scene from the Walking Dead. The shop itself is pretty good though. I came in near closing time on a Sunday and it took a while to get helped as they were pretty busy, but once my turn came up the service was good. I was able to find the part I was looking for and used a Unilocal coupon for a free 30ml of one of their store flavors. One of the downsides to this place is that all of their sample batteries seemed to be dead, so I just chose a flavor at random. I didn’t really like the flavor itself, but it did vape cleanly and without the burnt flavor that a lot of poor quality eliquids have so I will probably come back and try a different flavor. They also have a wide selection of eliquids from other manufacturers as well.

For how small it is, it’s not a bad selection of devices and accessories. Many of the top high quality juices are available to purchase here which is a huge plus. My only reasons for 3 stars is that there were 6 people behind the counter — way to many imho. Two, three max woulda been fine. It was a little overwhelming! And that the tester juice tanks were very low for right after opening and they were sticky with e liquid. For having 6 people in the shop not one of em refilled the juices or cleaned the tester tanks? Otherwise, if you’re a stickler for the big name brand liquids this is one of the places you can stop by and get em at!

E-Cig of Denver was just getting started when I first visited but they really seem to have picked up steam and are now getting into their«A Game» their options for flavors have grown, they are offering more choices in vaping equipment and their décor is more refined. E-Cig of Denver has become a solid little e-cig business without raising their low prices or skimping on already great customer service !

This is the best e-cig«B&M» I’ve been to. Those of us who have been vaping since 2009 or so tend to get most of our gear online but I’ve found all of the prices reasonable here. The guy who concern trolled about sanitary conditions for juice mixing needs to put things into perspective and learn more about vaping. First of all, plastic tanks crack when you put strong cinnamon based liquids in them, along with other liquids that contain similar strong corrosive compounds. Cinnamon is a bad idea IMHO for vaping. The people there will know which juices you should avoid for a plastic tank. Mixing some juice with clean hands doesn’t require a sterile laboratory. Yeah yeah more regulation in the flavor agents and nicotine base and so forth could be good, but we’re taking about an alternative to smoking tobacco grown in a field and cured by heat and handled by human hands and swept off the floor and treated like crap. So put things into perspective a little and buy your juice from Halo E-Cigs if you’re into absolute sterile purity. Speaking of Halo, they make some of my favorite juices along with Alien Visions, so I don’t take any storefronts seriously as an alternative. But I bought some RY4 from this place and after letting it «steep» for awhile, it started to taste a lot like one of my favorites, Torque 56. Their prices on batteries, tanks, etc are all totally reasonable. Everything I’ve seen is reasonably priced. I wouldn’t expect them to have all of the hard core mods that people want to wave around like phallic extensions of their ego. Personally I own a Provari, some box mods, and three egos and that’s good enough for me, but I pursue the more elaborate stuff online. This is the best«Brick and Mortar» e-cig shop you’ll find in Colorado. Anyone complaining about bad coils and stuff should just go right in and complain about it. Maybe they’ll give you new ones. You can’t blame them for selling hardware that doesn’t have flawless quality control. That’s always been an issue in the e-cig game for you novices out there, and you simply need to talk to the people instead of complaining on Unilocal to get that extra benefit of dealing with a brick and mortar — they tend to get the stuff so cheaply that they can afford to swap out bad coils and such. The online shops get it just as cheap or cheaper, but they are more prone to say«if it sucks, it was cheap, so suck it up,» especially things like 5 packs of replaceable coils. Or they will ask you to ship it back to them or what have you. Some of them have great customer service but if you made the trouble to walk into the B&M in the first place, it should’ve been because of convenient, and just walking back in and getting satisfaction should be just as easy. In fact i’m about to go return an EVOD tank that I bought awhile back that has no air flow. No holes are drilled out. I bought a ProTank Mini at the same time and it was so staggeringly awesome(I come from a world of Boge cartos and 510⁄306 atties) that I kind of put it to the side, bought some T3s, and finally realized I had this $ 8EVOD(good price) just sitting around and it clearly had no holes for air flow. That’s not the shop’s fault and I expect that they will have zero problems exchanging it without a receipt, simply because I’ve been there enough times and talked shop with the owner, and would expect him to recognize me. Maybe he’ll even have a spare«bottom» where the air holes go to avoid replacing the whole thing. That’s the nice thing about running a B&M, you have some flexibility and will accumulate odds and ends. If it goes negatively I’ll let you know! I agree that they should work on the juice sampling setup a little more. It seems a little skeezy but there are alcohol pads everywhere and they just need to consider using plastic tips that could be sterilized and re-used, or cheap ones that can be discarded, or other approaches. I did see one guy sit there and try a ton of juices without wiping before or after and thought it was pretty weak, should’ve called him out but in theory if everyone does it, there are room for slobs like this guy and only other slobs will be noticeably affected.

The negative reviews reek of competitors. My experience was nothing but positive. Their selection of products is fairly modest – they mostly carry eGo brand batteries along with a few higher-end ones like the Tesla, and they carry atomizers ranging from $ 3 acrylic disposables up to ~$ 20 glass/pyrex models. I did my homework: the prices are more than fair and they’re about the same as you’ll see from the major online vendors. As has been mentioned, they mix their own flavors, and they’re happy to allow you to sample any one of them. The Skittles flavor is like inhaling a handful of Skittles, seriously. I ended up purchasing watermelon and am glad I did. I have no idea what the other reviewer was talking about when he mentioned a lack of sanitation – there are alcohol towelettes everywhere and both of the employees were sanitary in every single thing they did while I was in the store, which was for more than an hour. Where this place really shines is the customer service. I spoke with Tim, whom I assume is the owner, for a good hour, about all sorts of things related to smoking, tobacco, vaping, and addiction itself. During that conversation, another customer walked in and was having problems with her battery unit. The other employee(whose name I didn’t catch) proceeded to help her in a most caring, attentive and professional manner – and I say that as somebody who worked in customer service for four years. As I was checking out, I mentioned how surprised I was by the negative Unilocal reviews, and that my experience had been wonderful, and the customer who was being helped chimed in and reported that her experiences had been just as positive as mine. I haven’t been to any other similar stores in the area, and I only visited this one because I happened to walk by it on my way home, but I know I won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

Like the other review i have been using e-cigs and mods for several years now so taste and feel of them are different, more refined, and say snottier than most. The Pro’s: –Mixable to taste on your juice –The price of the juice I think might be the lowest in the town if not state. The OK’s: –Customer Service –Ease of Finding(Compared to the store 2 blocks away) –Selection of juices(Non of them appealed to me for my daily/hi use liquid but yet some were really good I just could use it daily) The Con’s: –No higher end mods or mechanical mods –Seeing that I have witnessed in-house mixing at most stores and have also witnessed some e-juice crack and break some atomizer tanks the lack of a sterile environment and standards of mixing its coming more and more buyer beware.
