I was referred to Rich by several friends who have used him in the past for purchasing and selling single family homes and condominiums. When it came time to sell my home, I interviewed several agents (including the agent who sold me my home) but Rich was the best choice in my book.
I’ve used Rich twice in the last year, once to sell a historic property in the Cheeseman Park area, and about a year later to purchase a condominium in the Capitol Hill area.
Rich is unique among agents — low pressure, good knowledge of the entire Denver metro area, and he is a *lawyer* by training, which means he dissects contracts and agreements with a level of detail most agents can’t.
He’s also honest; he won’t call an average deal a great deal, and he won’t call a bad deal a good deal. He was patient as I waded through the poor inventory of available condominiums in Denver, and was ready at a moment’s notice to look at units as they came on the market. In the end we made an offer on a unit not less than six hours after it appeared on the MLS, and had to beat out two other offers.
He is technologically savvy and quick to respond to emails.
All in all I would use Rich again if I needed to buy or sell in the Denver Metro Area.
