I’m thinking these reviews must be fake. I hired this moving company 2 days in advance to help with moving a refrigerator. I was upfront about the pick-​up and drop-​off locations as well as including the dimensions and weight of the fridge. Two hours before the scheduled pick-​up time Josh called to say it would be $ 60 more than the quote because of the drive — I told him where it was before the quote. But fine I gotta get it moved today and I thought they were super cheap for the distance anyways. At that time he also says they’ll be a little late. Ok — so, this is a fridge I bought on craigslist so its at someone elses house — not mine. I get to the pick-​up and wait for 1.5 hours before Josh calls and says the previous job is taking way longer and he’s going to be another 2 – 3 hours. Again, very frustrating but I’m in a bind with getting the fridge moved so I’ll do what it takes — sometimes things happen. I’m now sitting here waiting again and it’s been 3.5 hours and Josh isn’t responding to calls or texts. If they ever show up or at least contact me — I’ll update my review accordingly. But as for now — not recommended.
Update — finally heard from Josh this morning (the morning after the move was supposed to happen) Appartantly his phone died and he was going to call. But instead he is now threatening me with a haressment claim because I left 2 voicemails and 5 texts over the course of the day while trying to reach him — all my communications were polite and courteous. So I’m really sorry that his job ran over and that he had a bad day — so did I.

Here we are on moving day… all I can say is they are amazing! Josh called me the night before to confirm and called again in the morning to let me know they were running late. I had some hiccups out of our control with moving between two downtown condo’s (trucks blocking us in and alleyways jammed) and Josh and James took it all in stride. Our set back at the apartment I was moving out of left us with an absurd amount of time to have the elevator for the new place and they hustled as if their life depended on it! I also have a crazy cat who proved to be a challenge as we moved! Always a smile and great energy! Book these hard working guys for your moves!
