Worst customer service I have experienced waited 20 sitting down and never got a waiter to come ask if we needed something to drink!

If I could I would give no stars! Im from California I came here on a family vacation we literally stepped in and instead of nicely saying it be a 30 minute or 45 minute wait they just said we have no room! I love Denny’s but these people were literally the rudest.

First time I attend Denny’s, I sat down with a party of 4, waited 25 minutes and not once did a serve come over. Walked out.
This past Tuesday, went in… Mistake… Ok service but my food tasted like sh*t.

Terrible experience. More staff members than patrons yet our food still took over 40 mins to arrive and it was cold!

This place is horrible. I come to Dennys all the time so it’s not as issue with Dennys restaurant itself, it’s just this one. The staff are not friendly at all, the place is filthy and the food is terrible. I didn’t like it the first time i came in, but i was in the area tonight for work and thought I’d give them a second chance. Tonight, same thing — except this time there was a hair in my food. AVOID THIS DENNYS!

I don’t like the service here, people that working here they don’t seem friendly at all even the manager. I have to wait my food for almost an hour

The food was like any other Denny’s, which doesn’t usually warrant five stars. The five stars is for our really friendly and professional server, Monique. She is the type of person people come to this location for just to say hi. Keep up the good work!

We love our no carb Breakfast the gram slam has egg whites and many choices of protein.
Ronny waited on us and was professional and timely
The restaurant was clean and bright.
We got a generous amount of egg whites too

Food was Dennys. They got our order wrong and the cashier was rude, they did fix our order. Usually this location is great.

This review is by no means a review of the Denny’s chain in general, which I happen to like. It is about this particular location.
I came here for a lunch meeting on a Friday — we got our table at 11:00a and put our order in not five minutes later. Guess when we got our food? 11:46a. It took 46 minutes to make an omelette and two sandwich entrees, which is all we ordered. I’m actually shocked that the food was still warm when it got to us, though that means they just didn’t bother making our food until long after we had ordered. Our waiter seemed attentive when we ordered — one of my coworkers put in a somewhat complicated order that came out exactly as she ordered, though I don’t think that would be the reason for the hold-​up in the food coming out. We also had to ask him to refill a water cup, which he came out and did — but only that one cup. There were two half-​empty cups sitting on the table that were ignored. Granted, I didn’t need a refill right then, but I would think it’s courteous to at least offer if you see that the cups aren’t completely full.
I’m not at all impressed with this location. I definitely won’t return to this one.

How do you get the pancakes here so light, fluffy, buttery and perfect everytime? I really want to know the tecnique because when I try and make pancakes at home they turn out lousy, burned, heavy, and similar to hockey pucks.
This Dennys and Frans Café over in Wheat Ridge have the most fantastic pancakes in the metro area.
Sometimes exciting and new is not the way to go in Denver.
And the coffee has the best flavor, this Dennys brews it more on the strong side and I drink 2 – 3 cups each time, something I never do anywhere else.

Fast good and cheap!

Service was good.
Food was good.
IT IS A DENNY’S.

I would have to say that when I took a date here, both of us were nonplussed about this place. The service was awful and the food was subpar. I so would not go back, this place was too icky for words.
