Ahh, the sweet, sweet feeling of working with people who have their s*&^ together.
I discovered them last year, and our organization has been thrilled with them ever since. They are a print shop, but they also have a mail house, making them the one-​stop place to send direct mail without having a coronary. And, best of all, they’re union!
The staff is exceptional– personal, direct, and willing to offer up information like, «Well, if you do that postcard a tiny bit smaller, it will save you 10 cents per piece on postage.» Hallelujah!
And, when they did make a mistake– they were printing our programs and their machines failed the night before our biggest event– they fixed it. They made no excuses. They were hugely apologetic, and our rep drove our programs to the hotel himself.
