Burger King

The SLOWEST Burger King I have ever been too. I went through the drive thru and it took forever!

Got a burger when I ordered chicken fries. This bk is a dump. Do not go! Beware! You will be disappointed!

Don’t even bother coming to this place. My family and I stopped in once before and, thought we’d give it one more chance. Wasn’t even worth the time going there. Horrible service, the entire order was wrong, fries were cold and old. The manager on duty was a man named Cesar who threw a huge attitude over crinkle fries because I wasn’t aware they were no longer on the menu. Wasn’t a big deal to me but he made rude comments over it and made it into a huge fiasco. Only two of the workers spoke English which wasn’t a problem but what is a problem is when a manager decides to mumble comments in Spanish thinking you don’t know what he’s saying. After our order being wrong and then cold and old I went up to ask for our money back. Cesar the manager was clearly standing in the door way and the employee had to ask him 5 times just to come give me my money back. On top of all of that the place was filthy. Dirty tables, high chairs and bathrooms. I won’t be back.

When it comes to fast food the quality depends on the employees.
Although I applaud the manager for hiring elderly, foreign, and disabled people I do not believe that you can fill an entire shift with them. They didn’t even know I was there, and the one that did couldn’t speak to me in English.
Eventually I ordered an item on the menu that they had not started carrying yet.
After ordering something else I heard them arguing about it in the back. Apparently one of them didn’t understand the English word ‘plain’. At least someone caught it.
Sure I’ll come back when I’m in the area, but for god sakes hire someone ‘qualified’ for food service to help pull the others along.

Soda station was disgustingly filthy. Fries were old and cold. You can smell the bathrooms just walking in the front door. One star for the tasty burger and friendly service.

What? 4 Stars for a Burger King?
Yup.
They’re open late… I hopped through the drive-​thru at about 10:45pm. (I was photowalking Mile High and Skyline-​at-​Night photos.)
The sweet lady at the window was so nice, even at that «late» hour. She said to me: «If you’ve got 3 minutes, I’ll make them fresh for you.» Really, what more can you ask for from a Fast-​Food Drive-​Thru than that? And, since I was there specifically to grab some of their Limited Time Sweet Potato Fries… What’s the question? Of course, I waited.
The Sweet Potato Fries were SO DAMN GOOD. Hot, Fresh, and rivaled any Fast-​Casual or chain’s offering. I was impressed.
Doubly, let’s face it here, we’re in the middle of the ‘Hood. Late night Drive-​Thru munchies that allows me to NOT get out of my car in that area? With the sweet little lady at the window?
Winner, Winner.

We all know what Burger King is about. Quick, cheap, dirty. That is what this place is with the exception that service is neither quick, nor accurate. Sort of the only reason you get fast food right?
