I have been shopping a Barbara and Company for the past many years! I followed them from Tamarac location to Washington park location. Boutique store where you don’t get lost in racks and racks of boring department store selections. They have a very knowledgeable staff to help you pick just the right thing. Whoever does the buying for this store does a great job, you wont see their clothes all over town and they have good quality. Not cheap for sure but they have great sales and I love supporting a locally owned business! Elizabeth C

I use to love shopping at this store when it was in the now torn down Tamarac Square. Somehow then I was able to buy a few garments. Everything now seems to be to expensive. However I found a pair of black pants. I decided the fit was perfect, the style great and I was worth the purchase. To my great delight they were having a sale and I got the pants for less than I expected. This was really great. I wish I could have bought more because the clothes in there are really my style. It was a great Friday the 13th.

About one-quarter the size of the original in Tamarac Square, the relocated Barbara & Company is a plus for South Gaylord. The size really limits the selection and everything understandably feels very squeezed in. I have heard that Barbara is no longer the owner and assume that many of the original employees are gone. The styles are a bit higher end(and higher priced) than Pine Creek Clothing located just down the street. The sales people are very helpful.
