This was my second time buying appliances from Appliance Factory. We just bought a house and needed a new washer/​dryer (none came with the house) and were on a budget. We knew what we wanted but saw that Home Depot was $ 50 more for each than Appliance Factory. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon at the location on 28th and Colorado and walked out no more than 20 minutes later with the washer and dryer with delivery, installation, hoses, and duct for $ 8 less than our TOTAL budgeted amount. We got an open box dryer and scratch and dent washer that both look brand new. You’d have to stare at the washer for a little while to find the scratch. We had a little work to do to remove a hand railing down to the basement to fit the washer and dryer down the stairs but it was really a minor issue. We’re very pleased with what we got and I would definitely go to Appliance Factory again if I need an appliance.

We flip houses, and so we buy a lot of appliances, and we Always get them here! Best quality, Best customer service! Jhon, Mark and Daryl are all wonderful! And most importantly, best prices! And now I’m picking out a mattress for my own house! Love it here!
