This company is the WORST on record. No Customer service ! No follow up and still waiting for my part! Over ONE week over due.

This review is long overdue. My washer and dryer kicked the bucket back in December and we came here because we are on a tight budget right now. Our first washer/dryer pair we got worked, but covered all our clothes in an oily mess. :(Do not like. We called the store and they sent out another set right away, at no additional charge. Unfortunately, that set would not even turn on. Disheartened, we went down in person, thinking we would try to get our money back. I wish I knew the name of the guy who helped us, but I do not. He looked like Iron Man though, trust me. Anyway, he apologized profusely and went above and beyond to help us get something that would work for our house and even gave us an upgraded unit at(again) no extra charge. We had not expected that. We have been happily using our new, new, new washer/dryer set for over a month now and could not be happier. My husband and me are very thankful for the extra mile that Iron Man(Ha ha!) put in for us. We highly recommend this place and would gladly do business in the future. Many thanks! =^^=

DONOTSHOPHERE. This place has NO customer service. I ordered a part for my outdoor heater. They sent me the wrong one. So I sent it back. After a lot of back and forth 19 months later I finally got an answer that they cannot get the part. No «I am sorry» along the way. Never any follow up. I was the one that had to always contact them. Do not deal with them. Jazmin and Kat will not help you. And they will not let you contact Ken the owner. I left him messages and emailed him, but never got a response. You can try. His email is .

I purchased three items($ 56.00) through the internet on June 22nd, and then on June 30th I called to find out where the parts were. The rep I spoke to said they were waiting for one part to come and it would be another 2 weeks to ship. So I cancelled the order, never once did the rep ask if they could just cancel the 1 part and ship the rest, it was like they did not want my business, ok, it was a small order. So, I wrote an email, that day about the company having a problem and no response came. Then another phone call, July 7th because I had not received my refund, the excuse… they did not have my credit card #, so they were going to send me another email… but surprise I got that one. Another phone call and the same rep answered, I wanted a manager, but none were available, another surprise. So I asked for the managers voice mail, but they didn’t have one, I then asked for an email address, but again they did not have one… doesn’t this company operated in this century? I would so love to talk to the CEO, by the way the rep would not give me that information but I did find out his name through the internet, Mr. Kenneth Ewing. If you really care about your business I challenge you to contact me at …any bets I get contacted from this company? I would love to post the results on Unilocal*.

Needed a new heating element for my dryer. Open on Sunday afternoon — huge plus. The phone support was great and they were able to let me know that they had the part in stock and I could pick it up at my leisure. Stopped in to the store. It looks pretty well kept. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. Price seemed fair, but at that time I wasn’t going to complain. If I should ever find myself needing any other appliance parts, I’ll know where to look first.
