Solid, Traditional Aikido Dojo in downtown Denver! I have practiced two Martial Arts over the last 10 years at several schools, Nippon-​Kan is by far the most unique and down to earth training experience I have been a part of thus far. I have had a blast over the last two years and I am glad that I did not waste my time with a «fish bowl» strip mall dojo (I looked at several during my search for an MA school to practice at). The monthly dues are low (½ to a 1⁄3 of your standard «McDojo» prices) and after the beginners course you can take over ten classes per week. The student group is tight knitand incredibly helpful. Overall I continue to attend because of the positive, patient instruction, high level of respect each student has for one another and the simple fact that you can learn at your own pace (no rush to test, feel welcome on the mat with more advanced members). Definitely worth watching a class here if you are looking for an Aikido school in Denver.
