The customer service person was very nice, she looked up our location before giving me the sales pitch to find out if we were in their area. We were sick of the corporate nonsense so we started looking at smaller cable internet providers, and their prices were very competitive. She did give me another company to look into, which was very kind and I appreciated the gesture. I hope their company does well!

We live in a somewhat rural area in Parker, CO. We signed up for Aerux in June and receive outstanding service and internet connection. The speed we signed up for is 20 but often get around 60 — especially at night. Great streaming speeds. Also, we have had an issue with connecting about a month ago and the phone service provided great customer service to get us going again.
