A+++++ What can I say, except these guys did a fantastic job! I was seriously considering getting new flooring. In fact, if my contractor hadn’t bailed on me about a week before I had company coming to town, I would have. These guys saved me $ 7000!!! I called in the morning and they had an appointment for me that afternoon.
They called when they were running behind (massive thunderstorm and hail this afternoon ⁵⁄₂₄) and then again when they were on their way as promised. Completely understandable and appreciated.
The carpet is very light beige and 15 years old. With the exception of a couple of wear spots, it now looks brand new.
I will recommend these guys to all my friends and will be using them myself in the future. As a matter of fact, they’re coming back to clean my vents and ductwork next week!

I was desperate to get my carpet cleaned before Sunday. I called A1 and Ray came with in the hour. I am over joyed at the service I received. I will recommend A1 to everyone I know. I will use them for life. Great Job A1 Steam Way.

I would highly recommend this company. We had some water damage and a bad smell because of the water issue. They came out the same day and took care of it properly. They throughly sanitized, cleaned, and fully dried the area out for good! The area is cleaner that it has ever been and there is absolutely NO smell left! I couldn’t be happier with their results. The people have been nice and very helpful!

Wow wow wow I can’t believe my carpet look like new again my kids and pets destroyed the carpet I was worry about replacing a whole new carpet and the guy that came was really nice and professional he did a small test on the carpet and told me that the carpet can be saved with a good deep cleaning and the carpet came up clean and like new thank you A1 steam way

Friend of my recommended about them it’s was the time to get the carpet clean. I called them and the guy who get my call was «regev «he was very kind and very nice to talk with. He was Available to come at the same day. Even He called me 30 min before to let me know that he on his way. The carpet was very old I just moved in and I thought it’s nothing to do with that to Mack it looks good until this guys came and cleaning my carpet. I definitely going to use them again

These guys are great. We have a Weimeraner and two kids and they trash the carpet almost on a daily basis. We have used other services before but we found A1 Steamway and they were fantastic. Nice, polite, and no pressure sales, unlike other companies that we tried. I plan on using them again next time I need my carpets cleaned.
