24 Hour Heating & Cooling

Had a quote for a unit heater install, told me it included everything, but I still had him line out the quote. Called 5 days later to order the job and increased a $ 3200.00 quote by $ 2500.00. Stay away from this outfit. No idea the type of work they do, but they don’t honor the quotes they come to your house and give.

GO ELSEWHERE!!! I can’t even believe the pain I went through with this company. I have a 6 page document outlining the mess they made of my condo when I hired them to install a wall unit AC.
They started the job 2 days late. Apparently the tech thought that since it was vacant, he didn’t need to rush. Nevermind the fact that I was trying to sell the place and needed to get it on the market. I ended up having to push back the to-​market date by 2 weeks because of these people. They repeatedly stood me up — I counted no less than 8 TIMES that they said they were going to show up and then never did!!! They repeatedly stood the dry-​waller up. They repeatedly stood my realtor up. They didn’t return calls. They promised me the job would be done multiple times, only for me to go over there the next day and discover they hadn’t even shown up. They installed the wrong AC unit ON THE WRONG FLOOR!!! Unbelievable. They then convinced me to leave it with a guarantee that it would cool the upstairs as well. I talked to the owner several days later, and he let it slip that the tech said he didn’t think the solution would work. Thanks, guys! The owner actually refused to meet me in person. The tech completely trashed my balcony. He threw drywall, trash and empty water bottles in my large ceramic flower pot and then left it. The painter and I were constantly cleaning up after him. It ended up taking 2 weeks for them to finish a job they promised in 2 days — not because it took them that long, but because they just wouldn’t show up!!! And the work they did was shoddy at best. The new AC leaks. I’ve had to have them come out twice after installation to do repair work. I’ve had the wall re-​painted 3 TIMES because of their work and the fact that it keeps leaking! These people are awful.
This was hands down #1 top worst customer service experience I have ever had with a company. My realtor finally decided to change the lockbox so they couldn’t have access to the condo anymore. They just can’t be trusted.

AWFUL SERVICE! Our air conditioning went out over two weeks ago so we called our home waranty service and were told that 24 Hour would call us to set up an appointment. They never called, I had to call 3 days later to set something up and they pretended like it was no big deal. The next day a guy with a 12 year old kid showed up, spent 2 minutes looking at our unit and said we needed a new circuit board and that we could get it and get it installed on Friday. Friday rolled around and no one showed up! So we called and were assured that someone would be around on Sunday to install the circuit board. Again no one showed up! So we called again… oh sorry we thought someone was coming… each time we called it was the same 12 year old kid answered the calls. This time he called some other guy that works for them and he apparently came yesterday and had no idea what was going on, just knew he had a service call of some kind. He says the same thing and then precedes to say he can order the circuit board and have it installed the next day. Get a call that day… the part hasn’t arrived yet, we can do it tomorrow! POSSIBLY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I will never go to this company or recommend this company to anyone ever again.
