Subway

I’m use to the service but today The guy behind the counter (Justin). Told me that 4 slices of turkey on a six inch was double meat. This place has sucked for awhile but now being outright dishonest is over the top. Won’t be back. NY sub hub it is from now on.

They were out of everything, drink fountains didn’t work, and the cookies were stale.
Save your money and dine elsewhere. This is easily the worst Subway in the nation.

WORST SUBWAY!!!
A short lady, very rude, ask if I want a sandwich in order to use the bathroom.
Then very impatient when preparing my sandwich. She should get another job, if customer service is apparently not her field. A few other times they would not have tuna at all, during the day. That place is run terrible, badly managed. I’m getting my sandwich somewhere else from now on. Even if I have to walk across the campus.

Walked in at exactly noon and were the only ones in line. The young lady behind the counter was incredibly rude and impatient. Snapped questions and rolled her eyes to the point we walked out and went to the hickory location. We were treated quite well there.

Great location, but lost my business right off the bat. Had to tell the guy behind the counter three times what kind of cheese I wanted and then I was filling up my drink and Davon (the black guy, only name on the receipt) whistled, yelled «yo, why done chu come over hur and tell me what you wan on dis». I said no, how about you give me a refund, and then he threw the receipt at me. This really would be a thriving place for the location but when I went in there was only one person there, and now I can see why. If I could put negative stars for this place I would. Too bad.

Worst subway in Denton. Service is TERRIBLE. So don’t expect your sandwich to be any better. It is worth it to drive to any other location in Denton.

Repulsive. Today was the last straw. If it isn’t the red haired kid constantly talking about how terrible the work environment is or how he used to date the obnoxiously fat girl who also works there. Then it must be the fact that there are constantly at minimum two other employees sitting outside the bathroom area watching one person work. Today took the cake — back to the obnoxiously fat girl. Today I finally noticed that when she reaches toward any vegetables, her shirt — which is clearly unwashed for the previous week — drags toward your sandwich. Absolutely repulsive. Oh yeah — also love how when there is any skinny redneckish white male in line, this bohemoth takes extra time to make a sad attempt at flirting with them to the point that it takes ten minutes to make the sandwich. Horrible place that starts with the manager who does not ring up the sub of the day prices and overcharges.

The only amazingly different thing about this Subway than any other Subway I’ve been in, is that it’s right next to UNT, which means frat boys [or pledges] will walk in with togas, ordering a footlong meatball sub, a LAAARGE Dr. Pepper, a bag of cheddar cheese chips, and 3 cookies. Good thing they’re «broke college students,» hmm?
Other than that, you can expect the poor guys who didnt make it into a fraternity to be working behind the counter, and scowling at toga-​boy the entire time he’s making his sandwich. Other than that, just a typical Subway.
