Starbucks

The drivethru an I have been besties as of late. My routine has been, in then out and back to gaming (fallout4). Service has been pretty swift and impressive like 2min — 3min max a driver. So awesome that I’m thinking about preordering and «skipping the line» via the app.
They’re so polite inside I’m practically greeted at the door. I went in breifly this week to try their «Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew» but expressed concern that the «taste would be too bitter». The gentleman was clear about the process the drink was made and was totally cool with me adding whipped cream. It was delicious and I hate I forgot the Black young man’s name but he knows his sh! t. Never had a bad experience here and only wished more faces were consistent as the awesome quality service

I love this Starbucks! There is a young lady who works there on Friday mornings (the only day I go to Starbucks) who is absolutely amazing. She is very kind, loving, and joyful.
Starbucks needs to keep this young lady happy. She is an amazing employee for this store. I will continue to go here for my weekly treat!

I went in during a busy time at 5:40pm on a Wednesday and found out I had placed a mobile order at the wrong store. I felt so embarrassed and sorry but they volunteered to make my order at this store. They were so kind and I would love this store to receive some recognition. It’s also much quieter than the other off of north Carroll Blvd. Great customer service and awesome hard working baristas and those taking orders!

My favorite Starbucks in town, very friendly staff and sweet drive through gals. They put in this new drive through system where it’s like a giant iPad but the barista like «face times» you while your order drive in. Very cool.

Having worked at a Starbucks for two years, was highly disappointed after my visit. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes only for them to forget half my order. Asked me to pull in front of store to wait. No apology, no compensation offered. Went inside after waiting another 5 minutes, staff was rude and I requested a free drink coupon. I was ignored and other customer in line inside the store were taken care of, another 5 minutes, before the batista even acknowledged me. Just terrible customer service overall and not enough morning staff for the rush.

01/​01/​2016. Worst Starbucks ever, opened late and then did not have everything they needed to make my coffee. Please fire everyone at this location!!!

Horrible experience this morning. Went through the drive– thru and my drink tasted terrible (same drink I always order), so I drove back and went inside to ask for a new drink. Riley was incredibly rude, so someone else remade it, and then didn’t give me the correct drink! As a regular customer of Starbucks, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Service was very disorganized. They messed up our order two coffees and a muffin. Only remembered one coffee???
My wife used the restroom. Came back saying «it was gross».
Someone isn’t paying attention…

One of the nicest starbucks I visit. Very friendly and prompt service. I have no complaints about slow service. People need to chill out and slow down!!!

The location is nice, the service is slow.
Like many other Starbucks locations I’ve been to, the place is clean-​looking and the atmosphere is relaxing.
However, there were six baristas working behind the counter at the time I went, and it apparently took all of them to manage the drive-​through. There was no one in line. A little more than five minutes, one of the employees realized I was at the counter waiting to order and still told me that they «will be with me in a minute» and went back to preparing drinks for the drive-​through with all the other baristas.
Several minutes later, my order was finally taken and another several more minutes passed to finally recieve it.
In the end, it took roughly fifteen minutes to leave with just an iced coffee. I would not reccomend this place unless you have the patience or a decent amount of time on your hands.

6 «baristas» 2 people in line and 11 minutes to check out with a bag of pre ground coffee and a bagel. I can’t imagine if I wanted a drink made. Justin Bieber was way more interested in the girl who was interested in the drive through girl, with the other girl watching in the corner. Poor girl at the cash register was the only actually interested in doing anything.

This location is slow! I try to avoid this location if I’m in a hurry, because they sure aren’t!

Good place to meet friends for coffee.
Staff is usually friendly.
Place is pretty clean.
Atmosphere is relaxing.

I was excited for the new location when it first opened; and gave it PLENTY of chances to give us improved service — they failed drastically. I must say that this location has the worst Starbucks employees on Sunday afternoons. They would mix up the drinks 4 different times, won’t accept coupons (which btw, worked fine at other location), never apologized, give attitude.

The baristas are great here. The drinks come out quick and delicious. This Starbucks is the best.

The service here is great. They were so helpful about trying to get the mango smoothie for my daughter (they thought they were out, and we were just going to the get the strawberry one, but they found some). I love the location… I always come here on my way from Denton to anywhere out of town. The people are friendly, location is ideal (on the main road through town, near I-​35, and near a gas station), the coffee is yummy, and it’s quick. What more could you want?

Yikes, I’m not sure what’s up with all the hating on this Starbucks. I only go first thing in the morning around 6:15, and it’s always been great. Maybe the afternoons are a train wreck? Beats me. In the AM though, when there is a line it moves pretty fast… at least as fast as it can when some moron gets in the drive-​thru for 10 high-​maintenance drinks for the office. Grrr.
But they’ve always been fast and friendly, no complaints here!
(Except that the pretty 22 year old boys make me feel like a cougar. But I can live with that.)
