Starbucks

Great location with fast and friendly staffs. The place was clean and coffee was delicious. Highly recommended!

No drive-​thru. You have to park and go in like a regular coffee shop. I like that. It wasn’t crowded when I was there and the barista didn’t ask my name, just made my drink and held it out to me, which I really appreciated. I don’t like — even after all these years — saying my name to a stranger to order coffee, be summoned by name and do the Walk of Shame across the room to get it and skulk out — just coffee please, if you get it I’ll pay you, even leave a tip — but we don’t have to be on a first name basis. Once I heard a barista call out «Gorgeous, your cappuccino…» which I thought was hysterical. The barista — who already was on my good side — made my drink perfectly. Next time I’ll say my name is Beautiful. Starbucks is a good one.

I have been going to this same location for over 3 years now. I have had some bad drinks in the past but I feel like they were usually just newer baristas. Lindsay is great at remembering my drink and even customizing or adding suggestions to what else we could try. The atmosphere is fun and the coffee is usually great.

I’m a former Barista, so I’m picky about the way my coffee is made.
I’ve been here about three different times, and every time my drink has been not-​so-​great.
There was one instance where there were coffee grounds in my iced latte along with curdled milk. Blech. They compensated me by giving me a different drink in a much larger size which was made correctly.
The other two instances, the drink was just not made to my expectations. I order the same drink at this location and the one in Rayzor ranch or 288 and the other two Starbucks have always tasted better.
Nice employees though.

I’m used to going to the Starbucks farther down university by Walmart and totally forgot about this one. Lots of seating, good service… can’t complain.

For the most part, all Starbucks coffee shops are nice, clean, and always provide excellent drinks and treats. I think this location however vise above and beyond. This is usually my go to Starbucks for many reasons. It’s a large, organized, and clean building that’s easy to get to. Their customer service is excellent, and everything comes out quickly and to perfection. As far as what to get, I enjoy all their Frappuccinos and the seasonal drinks are always good.

This Starbucks is so slow, I always regret it when I’m desperate enough to visit. Even if it’s empty they seem to have no urgency to getting your order or your drink. Avoid this place if you’re in a hurry.

They usually make awesome drinks but today was kinda weird lol but it’s ok. I drank hehe

Nothing more than your ordinary Starbucks.

We visit this location multiple times a week. The baristas are knowledgeable on recommendations if you are interested in trying different drinks should you wish to change things up a bit. We tend to stay if not too busy and enjoy the free wi-​fi while we enjoy our beverages. We make sure to bring our own reusable cups to get the discount and also register our cards to make sure we are earning our Rewards Stars. The staff are very friendly and courteous with transferring any balances from gift cards to our registered cards to ensure we get our Rewards.

I drive through here in-​between be taken my work breaks. As a whole, it’s a Starbucks nothing new. They have a large indoor area, along with a great patio, but in all honesty… I don’t sit at coffee shop so I haven’t seen the amount of people swarming the place, I need my caffeine double shots for a reason, and thats not to sit back and relax.
As a regular, I would expect the same two guys who get the window… to actually remember me, nope-​not here. They give me the same weird and dazed look when I pull up, or say thank you. (As if it’s strange to say thanks or hello) I have gone in a couple of times, and there was a young guy at the counter, completely nice. The women… completely confused. After he took my order she came up and just starred, I told her I was taken care of-​and this didn’t faze her confusion. Kinda of funny to just watch her stare.
In all there are a select few who have been nice, but it would be great for them to actually remember regulars. The Starbucks in Corinth remembers me every time, and what I order. They also like to start up conversations when the coffee is being made, can’t say that about this store.
For the coffee, it’s not the worst, but it isn’t the greatest, they should have the manager at Corinth teach them how to correctly make some of the things.
If you want coffee, it’s coffee, but if I am paying 3 – 5 bucks, I’d at least hope they remember me if I come in 3 – 4 times a week at the same time.

Fast service in this location. Like a lot of Starbucks locations, the folks here are a tad snooty. I don’t know why that is a pervasive attitude at Starbucks locations all around. They give me a look like I’m not thin enough or sexy enough to be wasting their time. I’m not a self-​absorbed whiner — it’s not like I get this feeling everywhere I go. Usually just Starbucks — and at this location. I’ve been here a number of times and it’s always the same. They are always out of the free App cards and overflowing on the free iTunes cards. They keep the cardboard sleeves behind the counter, so you have to ask for them. It’s frustrating that they’re not in the condiment counter where you’d expect them with the stirrers, etc.

Maybe it’s me, but Starbucks are Starbucks are Starbucks. And to be even more hilarious, I’m not even a coffee drinker!
So why do I bother setting foot in them and pay homage to the almighty coffee gods?
I’ve been to many, from Fort Worth, to Frisco, to Richardson to New Jersey and New York City. To be honest I like the Hot Chocolate (and the White Hot Chocolate) and some of the frozen drinks.
I tend to limit my visits to cold weather or the heat of summer, so I am not a huge patron nor do I feel like forking over $ 4 bucks for hot chocolate all the time when I have Gheradellis cocoa powder in my house, but sometimes you just get that craving, and there’s no beating the White Hot Chocolate… it’s just so da@m good!
As for this peticular location? I live less than two minutes from it and I used to go to the Quiznos (that closed down) right next door to it all the time. Like all Starbucks, it has the comfy chairs and easy music pumping through the place… this one also has many UNT and TWU students flowing through it, so it can be pretty active. What else can one really say about a Starbucks that hasn’t been said…

Was traveling through Denton when we spotted this Starbuck’s location. We went inside and found a very clean Starbucks. There was a line however it moved rather quickly. We placed our order and noticed some customers that came in after we did were served while we waited and waited. We had ordered decaf and assumed that was the reason for the delay. We were served a decaf and a latte both of which were hot and good. Good location.

I enjoy going into this Starbucks. It’s located close the UNT so it makes for an easy lay back atmosphere. You will find a majority of it’s customers to be university students however it’s not surprising to see business men or older couples enjoy a good conversation. Restrooms are clean and staff is very friendly.

This is one of the best Starbucks in Denton. The one by the mall never has any tables. Never had any issues with my coffee here at this location.
