Had our graduation party here and they took great care of us! Food was delicious and services were on point! Had to wait a bit but that was expected after a UNT graduation. Thanks Red Lobster for a great graduation celebration!

I’m not a big seafood person, but I actually wanted to try Red Lobster at least once. First time going, pretty decent experience. I ordered the steak with shrimp and my husband ordered crab legs. I should have asked for none to little peppercorn on my steak because they put way too much, but the steak was cooked very well, shrimp was good, and the mashed potatoes were the best. Tried actual crab here and it was very good. Not my top ten, but it was nice!

Food was great! The service was not so good. Our server did not repeat the order therefor she gave us the wrong shrimp pasta, she came back 3 minutes later and snatched the plate without asking«may I take the plate away and correct your order». After receiving the correct plate with«tailed on shrimp now because it was cheaper she said». Who eats pasta with tailed on shrimp? not even 5 bites towards eating she gave us the check. But overall experience despite the service was okay. We love red lobster, but now we need to find a new location.

The best part of this meal was our server. Her name was Brittany. She was very pleasant and attentive. The food was not so great. It was my husband’s Bday and he wanted to come here since we haven’t been in almost 10 years. I didn’t realize it had been that long. He enjoyed his meal, but his green beans were waaayyy over cooked, but he did appreciate the mushrooms in them. Fried Shrimp also tasted as If they were from the freezer section at Walmart. I had the Seaport Lobster and shrimp. Good amount of food, but it was very bland. The lobster was too idk(the texture was just off. It was like extra«wet» but not in a good way. Like really slimy. I was very disappointed. I gave most of my meal to my boys. My husband had the Lobster Punch which he thoroughly enjoyed and we all enjoyed the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The boys had their garlic shrimp which they enjoyed, but I feel it could have been a bigger portion. As I mentioned before, it has been nearly 10 years since we’ve been here so I had very high expectations so I was very disappointed. My husband said he was satisfied for the most part, but would probably wait another 10 years before he returns.

Food: 4⁄10(bland and generic) Service: 6⁄10 Value: 3⁄10(small portion for the price) Ambience: 7⁄10 This place is pretty much seafood version of Olive Garden, except it’s pricier and give you smaller portions. Correction. Tiny portions for your hard earned $$$. The food was almost tasteless and oily for the most part. The service was average. The ambience was what you’d expect in a typical chain restaurant. It was a very unappetizing and regretful experience time and time again. The lobster was way overpriced and overcooked. The shrimp were either too sweet or oily. Everything else were bland and under-seasoned. I can go on and on, but you get the idea. We came here off and on over the years to give the restaurant couple of chances to redeem itself, but nope. Same disappointing experience every time. It was definitely better years and years ago when it was located on the opposite site of the highway before the expansion. All good things must come to an end I supposed. Such a shame.

The food was great, but there were seven or eight tiny little flies constantly flying around our booth. We had to request to be moved but the flies are still on the other side of the room as well. It wasn’t a pleasant dining experience, even though the manager apologized profusely.

This is the second time in a row I’ve come here and been disappointed in the service. When this Red Lobster was first opened they were awesome. Lately not so much. Matt the managers did a good job of making me want to come back so I will. Food was missing from the order, not cooked all the way, and incorrectly.

I’m not normally a big seafood person. I like shrimp, salmon, and I’ll eat the occasional tuna fish sandwich. That’s about the extent to which I seek out seafood. But, «endless shrimp» is amazing so my girlfriend and I decided to visit the Denton Red Lobster for our 3rd anniversary. All in all, the experience was a positive one with a few little issues. Strangely, one of the issues popped up almost immediately. We gave our order and couldn’t help but notice that the place was quite warm. Uncomfortably warm in fact. This is Texas so there just isn’t cause to use a heater very often, but that’s almost what it felt like. Issue number two came with the first course of our order; the salads. We each ordered Caesar Salad and were both shocked to find it was made with Iceberg lettuce. I don’t know if they ran out of romaine lettuce and had to use it as a sub(I’d have rather they just stopped offering it than make it with Iceberg) or if that’s just how they make it. But it was not very good at all. The shaved cheese was nice and the croutons were fresh and tasty, but the overall appearance and flavor was just not appealing at all. But that’s just the salad. Who cares, right? The bread was delicious so we nibbled on that while waiting for the shrimps. As always, their cheddar biscuits are amazing. Tasty, fresh, warm, and just delicious. The shrimps arrived and any complaints or issues were quickly forgotten. I tried the Teriyaki grilled shrimps and the hand breaded ones as well and even their cocktail sauce was amazing. Normally that red shrimp sauce is nasty at any other place. Not here. Here it was just the right level of tangy and it had an amazing texture. I used almost the entire serving they provided. My girlfriend got the Garlic scampi and enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed mine. I almost never go for seconds, but endless shrimp is endless shrimp so I ended up ordering another plate. All in all the experience was pretty darn good. And I’d go back again for sure… so long as they keep the endless shrimp option on the menu anyway. :)

Food is no difference from any other red lobster. But Service is really good! 5 star no doubt.

I know I’ve have good seafood at Red Lobster before, just not this trip. It had been a long time since I had been to a RL and I succumbed to their TV ad for all you can eat shrimp, big mistake. I tried all of the shrimp dishes; all of them where bland and the shrimp tastless. I’m sure the regular dishes were much better, from what I saw on other tables, and has been my experience in the past. The cheap shrimp dishes I had appeared to be more like TV dinners in comparison. If they weren’t prepared ahead of time and frozen, I’d be surprised; they certainly tasted like it. This is a shame since I won’t be in any hurry to return. When will restaurants learn they aren’t doing them any favors by serving substandard food, especially if it is for an ad campaign designed to get new people in the door.

Not being someone who regularly goes to the large chain restaurants, mainly because they aren’t around in the Portland city center and because I don’t have a car to get to the outskirts of the area. I just don’t go to that many especially since there’s so much good food around. But, I was down in Texas and my father’s wife is selective about where she eats. Fish is a safe option and Red Lobster has plenty of options for her. I hadn’t set foot in a Red Lobster in at least 20 years. It’s very different, but they still have those great cheddar bay biscuits. The menu had many familiar items although the prices have gone up some, but a free meal is a free meal. There was a crab leg themed menu going on with some crab boil specials going on as well. Not a bad option for a rather impressive amount of food. I got a plate with crab, shrimp, mussels and scallops in a tomato garlic broth. It kept me occupied for quite some time. Really great service and our food was out fairly quick. The salad wasn’t as impressive as the meal itself but more of the biscuits were welcome. You know, this meal was pretty good, I’m sure I’ll have to make my way back to a Red Lobster a lot sooner that two decades. The food was tasty and I certainly didn’t need to eat another bite after I was through. Enjoy.

This is not my first visit to Red Lobster but it was a first for this location. We didn’t have to wait to be seated for dinner and were sat upon entering. Our server, Billy greeted me immediately. He was nice, knowledgeable, genuine and accommodating. His attention to detail was spot on. Asking targeted questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. And promptly fixing the issue when there was a small problem with my salad. had any He even checked on us at appropriate times without being bothersome. The food was plentiful and excellent as always. My eyes were bigger than my stomach so Billy was nice enough to package the food to go for me, and also bring fresh, warm cheddar biscuits. He made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

Went to Red Lobster in Denton, Tx. For dinner had the best server. I believe his name was Tyler P. He was serving table 2008÷6÷15 He went out of his way to make us feel relaxed. I ate the four course feast the Shrimp and Scallops pasta noodles oh my God it was the best ever!!! I did ask for them not to put Scallops in it. Which in a why it was better I had so much shrimp in my pasta at least 40. I even had to give some food to my mother so she can take it home with hers. The chicken tacos my husband said they were very good. My son had the peppercorn steak 7 oz and he ate the whole thing and he 5 yrs old. So it must of been good! I really enjoyed our time at the Denton, Texas Red Lobster!!! Thank you Tyler P for making it a great experience…

Pleasantly surprised. Our waiter Josh was very attentive. More often than not they forget to bring requested sides like catsup or a dressing. This waiter was on his game. I’m not into spicy. They were happy to change the sauce on coconut shrimp which was delicious. I also had side salad, soup & dessert for $ 16.99! Quite the deal! my husband was not crazy about the Caesar salad he said the only Caeser part about it was the dressing. That was the only drawback. Brownie à la mode was also delicious. And that was also included in The $ 16.99 dinner!

It’s Red Lobster. The cheddar bay biscuits are awesome. The seafood is mediocre. Great place for seafood here in Denton, but that’s mainly because there isn’t anywhere else.

We were travelling and missed lunch, but it was too early for dinner. We decided to pop in for happy hour snacks. Oops — very slow service, and, since were the only people in the bar, we got to watch the staff coming/going/eating(even the guy with tables — big points off). Service wasn’t BAD, per se. Our server was very friendly, but very, very slow. Food took forever, and our breaded chicken was very soggy — almost like the oil was not hot enough. It was not bad enough that I would boycott RL forever, but this location would not be high on my list if I were back in Denton.
