Stayed here for Easter and was not impressed. I booked the room a month in advance for 2 adults/2 kids. This hotel is about 3 years old but it not been kept up. Room condition: Carpet had tears by the bed. Carpet was frayed leading into the bathroom. Scuffs on walls throughout the entire suite. A/C grill in bedroom was broken away from the unit. Shower door leaked from the bottom. Facet in bathroom was not secured properly and moving when touched. Housekeeping: 2 bath towels 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth No bedding or pillows for the sofa bed. Management: I called for the manager 5 times over a three day period to resolve a billing issue and never received a call back. I guess this explains the condition of the hotel. Lack of attention in all areas.

The rooms here are significantly smaller than any other Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. This one could use some steam cleaning on the carpets too, but other than that it’s nice. Just a quick over night stop to get some rest.

Love this place! Great service! The staff were extremely friendly & accommodating! Very clean hotel… It looks brand new. There are many places to eat nearby & I had a great night sleep. They serve free hot & cold breakfast with a variety of choices. You won’t regret this place.

So we called 5 – 7 hours ahead to make a reservation and they told us it wasn’t necessary since they had 58 rooms open. Well when we get there, we’re informed there is only 1 connecting room in the whole hotel(who designed THAT?!) and was put on the 2nd floor after asking for the highest floor. The guy behind the counter hardly looked at us and didn’t listen to a word we said — inexcusable service. I expect better out of Hilton chains. Oh but otherwise, rooms were clean, shower worked, good free breakfast spread in the morning. Was only there for an overnight stay.
