I have now signed my 2nd lease. Location is the best. The management team have been great. Shawn, Shana, Manny and Juan are great. I believe Shawn MacNamara who I signed my lease with would be the right person to take the head job. The last girl who was the boss recently left. He handles everything in a quick and professional manner. A young family man he has a bright future.

We absolutely love living at Worthing Place but unfortunately have to leave prematurely due to a job relo out of state. The building is beautiful and the entire staff has been friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location, in the heart of downtown and blocks from the beach. We are on the pool courtyard and only hear train or nightclub noise if our sliding glass door is open.
I only have two complaints: 1) the interior designer used glass for countertops. Dumbest design in history. They chip and are constantly in need of wiping because every drop of water dries to an unattractive spot. It is also noisy to place glasses and dishes down atop a glass surface.
2) our neighbors, although friendly in person, display an almost evil alter ego while driving in the garage. It’s a garage, folks, with limited space. Drive SLOWLY, SAFELY, and please, get off your phones and pay attention to your driving.

yes, its as good as it gets!!! just signed 3rd year lease. Original main concern was noise level of street below, as i live facing atlantic ave. but i hear nothing. i pay a fair rent for a 1⁄1.
GREAT NEIGHBORS. ALL AGES.
the staff from Concierge to Maintenance and least but not least — the Management Office exemplary! truly. nothing like it. Often a few hour turn around for maintenance issues are impeccably maintained. First floor pool and gym, Rooftop deck w/​sunchairs /​shower and BBQ grills and a view!!! and now our own high end grocery store opening up downstairs. Discounts at area restaurants and an elevator ride to the all the happenings. *may i never leave!!! :)
The manager staff is the best ive experienced in years!

We have been living here for 11 months and we will be signing our new lease shortly. The ENTIRE staff is professional, friendly, and eager to make our day to day experience positive. If any problem does arise someone is immediately available to be of assistance. It is evident that this building is maintained at a high standard.
