So sad to say that I was highly disappointed with my visit at this location!!! The server was great but my husbands chicken parm was so over cooked so it was returned it was prepared better but unfortunately I was highly disappointed that no manager came over to apologize and the proprietor was there at the time!!! It’s sad i say that I will not return to that establishment !!! This location most definitely needs better management !!!

We’d eaten here once or twice before but hadn’t been in many, many years. But, even though we hadn’t been in what seemed like forever we remembered it wasn’t bad… So, because it was the holidays and we were exhausted from shopping and the stores were insane AND it was raining, we wanted to have a glass of wine FIRST and then a bite. When we arrived it was the height of dinner rush(6:30pm) on a Saturday night and during a holiday week. So, when I was handed a beeper my knee-jerk reaction was to flee. But, before my seat could even get warm /barely 5 minutes later, we were taken to our table. As expected, the dining room was packed but our Server Ken was fantastic! As a matter of fact every time we’ve eaten here(no matter how busy it is, no matter how rude & inpatient the other Patrons are) the service has been spot on! I immediately noticed the menu had been updated and now offered steaks, more fish and in general A LOT more than just Pasta and Pizza. In addition they now offered sharable small plates that really looked good so we decided to test drive a few. For our first time back with the revamped menu we decided to try the Arancini(Italian Rice Balls), Wood Fired Italian Wings, Meatballs and Ricotta and Zucchini Frittes. The Arancini are served as 6 smaller rice balls instead of the typical which is about the size of an apple or orange. Theirs are about the size of a golf ball, are a couple of bites each and ideal for sharing(Ask for extra red sauce, you’ll thank me later!) They’re as good as I’ve ever had… of course with the exception of my Nonni’s(RIP Nonni) and I’ll definitely have them again. The Italian style Wood-Fired Wings are now my favorite wings… from ANYWHERE! Baked crisp with spicy red Tuscan peppers on top, to me they’re what I want a wing to be. They were surprising! We actually ordered extra to take home they were so good! Just a FYI… They reheat in a microwave great! The Meatballs and Ricotta… also good. The Ricotta is delicious and appeared to be possibly freshly made. It was light & creamy. Kind of like a cheese cloud! My description of perfect ricotta! The meatballs are good as far as the chains go. I personally prefer a more spicy, garlicky meatball. Not the typical style for the masses. These are made to please the masses and they do! I’d recommend them for anyone that likes a good old fashioned«Grandma Style» meatball. And last but not least the fried Zucchini. I loved these! They’re small«fries» lightly dusted with seasoned flour and quickly fried. They’re naturally sweet and served with garlic aioli that’s perfect with them. I’ll order these every time I go. After everything being so good I can bet we’ll be here again SOON! Since this original review we’ve been back several times and have found so many things we like. One of our favs now are the Steaks with Spicy Sicilian butter. The Mrs prefers the Filet and I like the 6oz Sirloin. To me it’s the perfect size. Throw on a side of grilled asparagus with a Caesar salad and I’m good! I really like their creamy Caesar dressing. The Mrs. splurges when having a steak and orders Fettuccine Alfredo as her side. We don’t really watch numbers but having the Fettuccine Alfredo as a side is a TINY more guilt free than ordering the bucket size entrée. If we go all out with an entrée of Fettuccine we like to share the Fettuccine Weezie. It’s sinfully delicious! Fettuccine in Alfredo Sauce with Chicken & Mushrooms. It’s a substantial portion, served with your choice of soup or salad, in addition to the fact that hot Italian bread is put on your table as soon as you’re seated makes this a perfect dish to share. But, then again, there are so many options at Carrabba’s that are perfect for sharing that their menu really gives way to «family style» eating that is typically traditional with Italian food. So if you’ve never eaten here or haven’t been in awhile… Give it a try.

I was here Sunday for the Special Amici Dinner and I have to say I was extremely impressed. You can see Scott Earle and staff worked very hard to impress us with the delicious appetizers, Wine and and an awesome entrée, Parmesan Crusted Chicken Arugula. I enjoyed every moment and my friends who are Italian thought it was good. Scott Earle and staff did an excellent job at making the night a success, Great work guys!

I’m giving 5 stars because the staff worked very hard and as a team to get everyone served. Very nice teamwork. The only issue was that I wasn’t getting my drink refilled but everyone else at the table did. Food is delicious and I’m Italian and picky. Cannoli is perfect.

Witness something horrifying last night at this carrabbas location. 3÷10÷16 my husband, friends, and I just paid our waitress and we’re getting up to leave when we looked over to the bar stools they have near the kitchen and saw a poor man fall to the ground as the chair slipped out from underneath him and hit his head on the ground so hard. I was having friendly conversation with my waitress but as soon as that happened the poor girl looked so scared and concerned that she ran over to the man and tried to help him up. All the customers around him tried to help him up and make sure he was ok because as hard as he hit his head, he probably had a concussion. Our waitress got him up and he kept insisting that he was alright, but that he could not sit there. She agreed, offered him some water, while she went to try to find him a table but he declined. She finally got him seated in a booth and a glass a water so good job to her for trying to be attentive and as collected as she could. My question is WHEREWASTHEMANAGERWHENTHISHAPPENED? We saw the whole thing, I think the whole restaurant saw the whole thing, so why didn’t the manager come out to try to help this poor man who had fallen, not only would it be expected common courtesy but what about trying to prevent a law suit? I wouldn’t blame the guy if he did try to pursue one! The only people who seemed even the slightest bit concerned about this man was other customers and our one waitress. This was disgraceful and carrabbas did not feel like home tonight, because at home we help others who are hurt we do not ignore them. Also maybe they should do something to prevent the stools from sliding out from underneath people or take out that bar all together to prevent more injuries to other people. That man was elderly and could have been seriously hurt!

Curbside carry out is atrocious. I order from there once a week, and it never ceases to amaze me how awful they are. If they tell you to be there at a certain time, forget it. Give them another 20 minutes minimum. When you do get there, no one will greet you. When you do get your food, check the order, because I guarantee it will be wrong or missing something. I don’t understand why it always such a chore to get my food there. If the food wasn’t so good, I would never go back, but it seems the food is on the decline too. What gives?

I LOVE Carrabba’s and this is by far one of my favorite locations! The food is always excellent and the staff is friendly and very attentive! The new menu options are great, but I’m a sucker for the chicken masala– cooked to perfection every time! The meatballs, lobster ravioli and calamari are a must do when it comes to apps and of course the blackberry sangria!!!

Ok, I’m a big fan of Carrabbas. Not just cause I use to work there and know how clean the kitchen is, and also how fresh all the food is, but because the food is so great. Unless you’ve worked in the biz, you won’t fully appreciate an open kitchen like Carrabbas. You can see the cooks and what they are cooking, you can personally see what’s going on with your food. Always a big plus. Some of my personal Carrabba favorites: Rigatoni Martino, Margarita Pizza, Chicken Trio(SOGOOD, must try), sausage and lentil soup, Chicken Bryan, and the Tiramisu. I love this place and eat here at least 3 times a month.

Ordered take out and it was so delicious. Chicken was very tender and pasta cooked to perfection. Always a nice service there and the bread with oil is a nice way of them keeping customers having a great in-restaurant experience even when ordering takeout.

I’m writing this review only because it’s the only Carrabba’s near our house and honestly I would like to be warned not to go here. We walked in at 630 and given a buzzer and told 10 minutes. The bar is first come first serve and I was the first person waiting to grab the next available booth at the bar. I saw that two men were paying their bill but I didn’t want to hover over them and so I stood by the door. A couple walked in much later than us and the woman stepped in front of me and swooped in on our booth. It didn’t dawn on me until now that I should have nicely informed her that I was waiting for that booth. However, she clearly saw I was waiting and was a total nasty B**** and swooped in. We eventually were sat at a booth in back. My fiancé is in restaurant operations and noted that there were several tables available and yet so many people waiting for tables. That really didn’t bother me but the major film of dust on the window of the booth we were in(again, that wasn’t even bothering me). We ordered the calamari which I though would be a hit. It looked a little crispy when I saw it but thought GOOD… however, when we bit in it was so crazy tough it was like eating a hard rubber band. I am usually not picky but I just couldn’t eat it. I ordered the Chicken Bryan which was FANTASTIC. However, my fiancé ordered the Bolognese and pasta. It came out and looked like tomato soup over noodles. He was very disappointed, I do have to say the manager handled it correctly, she took the calamari off and the bolognese. and gave us a card with her name on for a discount next time we eat there. I took the Chicken Bryan home and my fiancé ate a peanut butter sandwich at home. I usually love Carrabba’s and hope they can win back our business the next time we eat there.

I did receive the gift card from Carrabba’s. It still doesn’t make up for ruining a couple of our family members meals. But, they were true to their word.

Best pizza I’ve had in a very long time! First time coming here and I already know I’m going to find a carrabba’s near me to go to for some more Italian chicken pizza.

Carrabbas continuously proves to be the best chain restaurant out there! If you have never been here before I highly recommend the Chicken Bryan! It is the best dish here! Also, ask for the Ricardo sauce to dip their warm soft bread in! It will rock your world!

The first thing the waiter said is that everything is made from scratch. My Wife and I informed him that we want no hot peppers in anything. Everything we ordered had hot peppers and all was sent back. How is that from scratch? The food is bought prepared and heated on order. Absolutely miserable food. This was my first and last visit.

Chain fair food. Always very tasty though. Portions are small for the price though but that seems to be the norm in this area. Service has always been friendly and efficient. Never any issues.

A true sub-par chain… a $ 5 side salad that should have been 50 cents with nothing but lettuce, a slice of tomato and few olives. The minestrone soup wasn’t bad it just was not good. The overall atmosphere is decent for a chain of this kind and service was good although we were about the only people there. I can say I will not be back with complete certainty.

I love this place. It was a long week and we were hungry for dinner. The hostess greeted us at the door, as they are always there to open the door before you enter. We were offered a complimentary tasting of a merlot or chardonnay. Then quickly seated. Our waitress, Lauren was very prompt. She took our drink orders and brought their basket of amazing bread, which was warm and smelled awesome. Lauren made their yummy concoction of olive oil and spices to dip our bread in. So yummy! For dinner, I ordered their combination dinner for $ 14.95. Classic Chicken Bryan & New Creation Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin. Chicken Bryan is a wood grilled chicken topped with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, basil and lemon butter sauce. Very tasty with the goat cheese. The Pork Tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto and topped with port wine fig sauce. The pork was very tender and a little salty, but tasty. It came with a salad with a light vinaigrette and a side of cavatappi corkscrew pasta with a flavorful pomodoro sauce. My friend ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. A very large serving with a nice light flavorful sauce. We were very pleased with our meals and had leftovers for the next day. There was no need for dessert. I’m sure they would have been good. Lauren our waitress did an awesome job. Checked on us and refilled our drinks when low. For a chain restaurant, Carabba’s Italian Grill is good. I’ve always been satisfied with their food and their service.

I’d like to give a 3.5, but can’t do that on Unilocal. Had a fun lunch here with co-workers celebrating a birthday. Yes, they are now open for lunch! The place was almost empty, and we’re guessing it’s because most people think they’re only open for dinner, but they’ve got a new menu and some reasonable lunch specials. Service was friendly(our server was being trained), and attentive, and the food was good overall, but I would have liked for my caprese panini to be more robust than it was. What I LOVE is that the paninis come with tomato/cucumber salad. Mmm… love that! On Mondays they offer a special called«Amore Mondays» where you can choose a 3-course meal for $ 12. I’d like to try that next time around. They are still under constructoin on the outside, so the exterior is not pretty, but the inside was warm, friendly, and decorated for the holidays.
