Brandywine Apartments

I visit these apartments from time to time because I have family who live here however I was a resident of this place from 06 – 08. Since living here you can the see outer improvements to the complexes which is great because it does provide more appeal to bring families to live here. But they also have made some minor improvements inside the apartments but more along the lines of energy consumption which is great.
The parking here is actually one of the top downfalls because the amount of open parking is extremely limited to the back area of the complex which is not a great area especially at night. And the residents who live in that area usually suck up the closest ones.
I’m not sure if the management is the same but you can see the apartments have been improved so you can’t deny that if you’re looking in this area. Then this is located next Kmart for shopping convenience but there’s also a Burger King, Jack In The Box, Denny’s and several other eating spots.
Great complex and amenities for an apartment in Delano with a great surrounding area. Try it out if you’re looking for an apartment in Delano you won’t be disappointed.

Lived here many years ago and never had any issues. Delano doesn’t have too many selections to live at as Delano is a small town. Management here (Veronica) does a great job w managing this complex. I never had any issues as far as maintenance was concerned. Veronica always made sure to get her job done in a timely manner and the rental price is not too bad also. I wish I could say the same kind words for the current complex I live at in Bakersfield but I can’t. I visit this complex a lot as I have some relatives who live here and I can see that the complex stays clean and kept nicely.
