I managed to get an appointment with Lisa about a week in advance. This was my first time at this particular salon, but got many, many referrals for her. The sign for the salon isn’t super obvious. I drove past the salon on the first try. When I arrived, Lisa was finishing up with her previous customer. I actually didn’t even get in the chair until 20 minutes after my appointment time. Lisa made up for this by giving me a pretty significant discount off her already low price: instead of $ 17, she charged me $ 10 for the cut(plus gratuity). Not bad! The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that you can’t pay for the cut using a credit card. They have a credit card machine, but apparently the machine is for Bibi’s sales only. Everyone else is cash only for their work. I didn’t get color or anything, so I’m not sure if that has to be cash only too, but it’s probably a good idea to just have cash all the time.
