My hair is thick and curly and full of awesome.. . I have a very easy haircut. Very low-maintenance. Long layers and frame the face so it’s properly blended back with the rest of my strands of unruly. And the haircut I have is choosen so I can effortlessly have awesome hair at all times. I’m vain about one thing in life: my hair. I can’t justify waking up an extra 30 or more minutes in the morning to straighten this mass of golden fire.(I’m running out of metaphors here, lucky for you.) So I go in one day around my birthday, I give my very concise and simple instructions.. . Now, there is this trend with all these girls that have shiny straight locks that lay flat.. . Angled banged razor cuts.. . Umm.. . Doesn’t work for me unless I break out a flat iron on a daily basis and spend more money than I have on styling goo. She asked where I wanted my bangs. I told her.. . She goes an inch above that(with a razor) and SHANKS my hair. Then when I told her that wasn’t what I wanted, instead of creatively fixing the other side of my head to match and making me look decent, she says«oh, ok, well how long did you want it?» cuts the other side to the desired length and leaves me with an uneven mess.. . The layers were a mess as well. They were too long, so I didn’t have the body or volume I usually do. I didn’t tip, and I won’t be returning.. .
