These guys are unbelievable and rude. First, they deleted my comment on google maps that I posted a year ago. The customer service sux and if you don’t spend money they don’t want to deal with you. Zero stars.

Great service and fair prices. Cool store with lots to explore. It’s nice to have a hobby shop in North Broward County.

So knowing that you are a customer service based industry and helping people fix their gas cars they were the most rudest people I have ever dealt with. My brother in law gave them something to fix about two weeks and he had picked up the car and only got two runs out of if and returned to them to fix what they supposedly fixed already and they said to come back later and that they will not be fixing anything!!! Will never go back here again!

Been going to this place since I got started with Traxxas RC cars about 6 months ago. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They don’t mind helping take your car apart and fixing it for you right then and there. You’ll just have to pay the price for the part plus a few dollars for their time. A few other shops told me they would get to my car in a couple weeks… uhhhh no thank you.
As far as a retail location, it’s certainly a «boutique» place with the nice décor and it’s very clean. Point is that compared to most hobby shops which are run down and dirty dusty items on the shelves, these guys are on top of their inventory and the place is spotless.
I much prefer to pay a little more for good service and knowledgeable staff, and I did find out that they will match prices for certain items on the internet if you ask. I’ve found some pretty good deals and as long as they come close I always prefer to support a local store.
Hopefully they will open a little earlier one day as 11 AM is pretty late. Would much prefer to get there earlier in the morning and not burn track time waiting to head there until nearly lunch time.
