Foot Relaxing

This was my 3^rd time there. The guy I had was very hard and rough. I told him 2 times to lighten up. It was not relaxing I couldn’t wait till I got out. Last night I noticed a bruise on my arm. Today my neck is sore.
My husband was next to me and he said his guy was rough too. I’m going back to happy feet in Boca.

I am giving this place a 2 based on the customer service at the front desk. The woman who wears glasses that is usually at the front desk is always very rude and not helpful! The place is clean and new… foot massage is wonderful, but the customer service is lacking l!!!

The first time was fabulous, the second time was good and the third was awefull. I kept telling the guy to slow down and lighten up, He kept going at full speed and roughness and I should have walked out after the third time telling him. It was hurtful and not relaxing. I did not get a full hour either, only 45 minutes, but I was thankful for that. I complained and the woman in charge gave me a card with 3 names to try next time and she wrote «hour» on the card. For some stupid reason I thought maybe the next one was complimentary. so I want back the next time with a request for the recommended names on the card. The gilr they gave me l was not focused. I asked the woman who gave me the card if it was comp. and she looked at me like I was nuts and said the rough guy I hated gets many requests… I can understand that some people like it like that, but I kept telling him and it went on deaf ears… not going back to pay for stress and pain.

Used my mothers day gift certificate… wow, what a relaxing hour!!! I’ll be going back for sure!

If I had written this review a few weeks ago, I would have given it five stars but those days seem to be over. I have been there every Friday for the last six weeks or so and things have definitely changed!
The management has changed from Asian to Spanish speaking. The massage therapists are a mix of Asian and American and are not so good. This is not the real thing!
Last week I went in for an hour massage and after a half an hour I got up to leave… the guy was so rushed and rough… there was nothing relaxing and there was no real reflexology. Same thing happened today with a different guy though I lasted the hour… bet I have bruises by morning!
I am a fan of reflexology and Chinese acupressure massage. I’ve had both many times in China, San Francisco and here and I know this is not it! There are other reflexology places around (three that I know of in Boca and one in Lauderdale Lakes) and I’ll be going elsewhere…
BTW, though the names are very similar, this place is not related to the place on Federal Highway in Boca.

I had my first 1 hour reflexology appointment today after recieving a coupon in the mail. Wow! I love the décor and how dim it in inside, as well as the music! It was quite busy when I got there, but it was so quiet and relaxing you couldn’t tell. The gentleman who worked on my neck, back, arms and feet did a terrific job, I felt like jello when I left! I’m coming back and referring all my friends!
