Legends Tavern & Grille

In town for an extended business trip. Went to this bar twice, both on a Thursday night and Sunday late afternoon.
Updated, modern looking bar with a down-​to-​earth feel. Unlike some other places geared to tourists. Very nice, responsive waitstaff that kept my drink full. One time I had the chicken wings that were on special. In my opinion, the wings were too big and fatty. I wouldn’t get these again. The other time I ordered a cheeseburger. The burger was huge and very greasy, kept sliding off the bun and tasted like grease. The French fries were very good. I liked the seasoning salt on the fries. The soda was good I liked the glasses that they were served in.
Although I didn’t like what I ordered, there were a few things on the menu that I wish I would’ve tried. The mahi-​mahi sandwich looked really good also the main lobster hoagie both look like great options.
I would give this place a 3.5 star, but I can’t. I would go back to this place.

A very clean & family friendly restaurant. The service is always excellent but most of all the food specials are always a step above what you would expect. Tonight I had the French Onion Dip & the Argentinian Red Shrimp with jalapeño bacon cream corn they were both so amazing. Keep up the good work.

Located in the same plaza as my Publix. Big open «industrial looking» feel but comfortable, not at all cold or sterile. Seated and drink orders taken immediately. I had the Philly cheese steak w/​fries. Excellent. Friend had the lobster roll, excellent also. Waitress Jennifer was great. I am not a beer drinker but there is a very large choice of beers which I’m sure would please you. I was going to give Legends 4 stars but after rereading my review I will give them 5 stars for a very pleasant experience.

Super cool spot. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Always rotating food specials and draft beers. Very special «specials». Fairly large portions and nice employees.

I love it !!! Unexpected bad asseness with this place. I had bacon wrapped pears for an app that was to die for and a delicious medium rare steak with lobster, the specials are where it’s at, the service is great, it’s clean and spacious, booths are huge. I will definitely be returning. Great spot.

Awesome food excellent service would definitely go back! We tried the nachos, and the park fries as an app. Fries were better. Got the hot dogs, a mozzarella and tomato sandwich and a roast beef sandwich for supper. Also ordered a margarita… VERY STRONG. Not a bad thing though :) cannot wait to return

Had dinner with friends tonight. Was not sure what to expect but I was happily surprised. For some reason I was expecting an Olé time sports bar. This place was clean and modern looking. Saw people ordering humongous sized burgers that I know I could not have finished in a single seating. Friends each had a different kind of chicken sandwiches that looked great and they really liked. They also had the corn nuggets which I have never heard of before but those fried nuggets were as good as gold! Husband had onion soup that he really liked. We ordered wings (fried) with oriental sauce. Had a little spice to it and was excellent along with the Parmesan truffle fries which were off the hook good. The fries came in a huge bowl with lots a shaved parm an cheese over the goodness in the bowl! Menu includes lots of salads, burgers, hots dogs, sandwiches, apps.
The only comment I have is that I was looking for more of an entrée type platter, not a sandwich. But everything we got was awesome!
We are not drinkers so no craft beers for us.

Kiera and Kelly are great. Love their attitude and how helpful and friendly they are. They’re pretty hot too ;) love getting those girls.
Food is sketchy sometimes, but the Caesar salad and wrap are good. Wish they had mixed drinks but Sea Dog Wild Blueberry is pretty straight.
Overall, the service deserves 5 stars, and the food deserves 4 stars.

Definitely more than meets the eye. Located at the very corner of the Sawgrass Promenade in Deerfield Beach, this is the definition of a hidden local gem. The food far exceeded the expectations I had (Order the Breakfast Burger or the Quesadilla trust me) and I’m constantly surprised at how low the drink prices are. A great place to stop in and watch the games (which is exactly how we found it when we cut our cable and needed a place to watch the Heat games) and they have trivia every Tuesday night at 8!

This restaurant is amazing. The corn bites were my favorite thing and that honey butter was to die for. I would definitely go there again when I am in the area. The portions are rather large which leaves plenty of leftovers for those midnight cravings. Overall I would absolutely go here again if I am in the area.

I have been to Legends Tavern & Grille a few times now. It’s a mostly locals only type sports bar; you can tell they have a lot of regulars. They have indoor and outdoor seating and are pet friendly. It’s at the very end corner of a strip plaza and if you aren’t paying attention you can drive right past it and not even know it. They have nightly food and drink specials and a pretty big menu so there is a lot to choose from. It has always been very clean inside and the service each visit was always friendly. They even have a free appetizer Unilocal check-​in offer. The craft beer menu is pretty good too and they have a full liquor bar.
The food is your basic type of bar grub. Wings, burgers, ribs etc. They have a pretty decent list of salads if you are looking for something healthy but it’s not over the top delicious food but it’s good enough. The onion rings are good but the sauce they served it with was a bit salty. Monday is $ 5 burger night and they have pretty decent sized burgers that are really good. The Blue Burger with bacon and blue cheese and the Mushroom Swiss burgers were my favorites. The spinach dip appetizer is pretty good too and it’s super cheesy and delicious.
The drinks are really cheap, $ 4 singles and $ 6 doubles all the time not just happy hour. Happy Hour is from11:30am to 6pm M-​F and ALL DAY Sunday which is pretty cool. Overall it’s an okay place to hang out and get food when I don’t feel like driving someplace better and further away but it works when I want to stay closer to home.

Yes, yes and yes again! Epic burgers, chicken sandwiches that will make you weep and corn fritters to break your diet for! Huge portions, consistent quality and inventive specials (if you see a feature, get it because it may not be back!) Bright, clean and comfortable location with professional management; brings capable talent to the bar and wait staff. Huge selection of craft beers by bottle and draft… and a new nitrous infused selection. This is a friendly local joint elevated to an art form and edges out the competition. And did I mention they love the community right back? Kudos for them helping me pull in a crowd for my @CatsExclusive fundraiser! The engaged General Manager — Carlos — gets 5 stars on his own!

I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger and it was delicious. The side of fries was a nice portion and they were super fresh. Great food.
The restaurant has a lot of tv’s great to watch sports or main events. The staff is very fast and friendly.
The bar is well located in the middle of the restaurant and was tons of different craft beers to choose from.
Definitely I will be back.

Went in for a quick bite and a few drinks. Excellent service very nice and smiling. Had New England clam chowder with bacon on top was very good and the wings special on Tues good deal then the Lobster roll I liked a lot. Comfy sports atmosphere with cool pictures and lots of tvs. Parking too!

This place is a nice little neighborhood hangout. It appears to be pretty new and remodeled. Very clean and cheesy. Would be a great place to watch sports because of all the TV’s and bar seating.
I hear their food is really good. The bartender, Nina, was excellent! She recommended the banana wings, which sounded really good. The sauce was really good. The wings were way undercooked. We ate them anyway as my friend and I have both worked in the industry and didn’t want to be those people. I’ll just ask for them fried next time, I think they’re grilled.
The place is nice. There were a lot of men there. Which we normally would’ve been ecstatic about. But these were old men. One of whom kept blatantly staring at us. He was literally wearing a tuxedo vest, creeper.
I try not to be super biased in my reviews, but I just felt a little uncomfortable and was afraid the wings may make us sick (we were fine!).
I would come back for the service and to try more food for sure. And you can’t beat the drink prices.

My husband and I went here after being turned away at Chef Dooley because we didn’t have a reservation. I had the Sparano and he had a bacon cheddar burger, we split the onion soup. Our food came out quickly and was exaclty how we ordered it. All of our food was delicious, not fancy but still very tasty.

It’s a nice neighborhood bar.
The food’s ok. nothing special.
Other than one of the bartenders and one or two servers. the service is meh.
However, the people that go there are what make it.
Nice, down to earth people. a nice change from what you usually get in South Florida.

Sucks
Too loud. high prices. Fat blah wings.$ 7 fries with no flavor. Wouldn’t recommend. Clamsters was way better. I don’t understand why it is so loud.

This place would have gotten a 1 star if it hadn’t been for them actually getting my food right.
We went to this SPORTS bar on opening weekend for football. 3 times they had to come back and tell us that they were out of the beer we ordered. Okay, fine. We finally landed on beer they did indeed have.
It seemed as every time the waitress came to our table it was like a whirlwind and then she was gone. At one time she walked by asking if everything was alright and before we could answer she just kept walking. The place wasn’t even busy.
What really amused me is that they didn’t have any football appetizers specials. What sports bar doesn’t have this? You know wings, potato skins, etc.
But what really got me in this SPORTS bar is that while football was on they had an infomercial on one of the TVs about Pilates. What?
But thankfully they did get the order correct but the food was mediocre.
Bottom line: lose the windows, get specials, know how to wait on people and have good food, and have football in the TVs. Things this place did not have.

O pub/​bar fica localizado na cidade de Deerfield Beach, mais especificamente na Military Street. Como vários lugares por essas bandas, ele se inseri em um shopping pequeno com várias outras opções de comidas.
Fomos a este bar pois iríamos encontrar amigos que moram em Deerfield.
O atendimento não é bom, os barcos são dispersos e fica todo mundo batendo cabeça e ninguém é ágil.
A comida: Pedimos Calamari (lula a dorê), um camarão Tailandês, ambos estavam excelentes.
Recomendo o chopp de laranja, bebi uns 5 de tão bom que é.
É um espaço bom para happy hour!

Nice atmosphere and staff, but, sadly, terrible food:(
I really wanted to love this place, but I was very disappointed… ordered the grilled cheese and could taste nothing but burned bread; the sandwich had Brie and bacon, and I could not taste either. Also ordered the French onion soup, which had so much salt I started to feel really sick. (My fries, additionally had so much salt on them that they did not help at all).
Really was hoping this place would be our new go-​to place, but after all the salt I don’t want to go back
