There are 3 men working the front desks. You will be greeted within 2 seconds of entering the store. 2 seconds! No kidding!
Their customer service is so good that they actually set the bar very high for everyone else. As I walked there was a woman hysterically screaming profanities at John. He handled her with grace and professionalism. I as everyone else were impressed.
I came in 45 minutes early because when I called to confirm my online reservation I was told that the online allowed 3 people to schedule the same time slot. Not good that happened but glad that I was given a heads up on the situation.
Not only had the oil changed but also got a list of items to be corrected. The list was accurate so I feel that I can trust them.

Great service. Friendly staff. Had me in and out quickly. Honored tire insurance after I hit a road hazard. I even purchased at another location originally.

Amazing customer service!
The staff was very fast in attending me and they went above and beyond in customer service. I went during my one hour lunch and needed to run an errand at Walmart (across the street); however, my time did not permit for me to wait until the service was complete and then go to Walmart. I was going to walk to Walmart and one of the staff members (Adrian) kindly offered to give me a ride. Long story short, I completed both tasks within an hour! Made my day!

I went in for an oil change and I swear these people knew nothing about cars. There was a female working there as well and I think she was the only one who knew what she was talking about.

Worst customer service ever. Went to get an alignment on my truck and was greeted with a large wait time. It was as if they didn’t want my business (which they don’t have to worry about for the future). I had planned on dropping off my vehicle either way, but the guy who was working at the desk made sure I was aware that there was a 4 hour wait. He also tried to get out of honoring their 6 month warranty on my alignment. It was an overall bad experience. I would recommend Walmart technicians over visiting this place if that gives you any idea as to the severity of service received. When picking up my vehicle, the inside employee was sitting at his desk in the office with his back to the front door ignoring me standing at the counter… sigh.

Worst customer service and a horrible job by this company. I have had trouble with not one NTB but 2 now. I will never go back. A basic oil change took over 2 hours yesterday! No one else was in the building waiting on a car. 2 hours is absurd for an oil change. No apology for the wait, no apology for the time, just ridiculous. I went to this same location once before also and when they did my inspection they left grease on the inside of my door and on my cars interior lining near the windshield.
