The environment is not very friendly and the counter help acted like they could care less if we were there. The bread on the sandwich was very hard like it was old. My advice pass on this place.

I love this place. I always get the bootlegger. I usually go to the one in Downtown since I work there, but when I feel like eating JJ’s near my house I enjoy this one as well. They are a little slower here as oppose to the DT location. I never have to wait there. I guess that would be my only complaint. I do not mind their prices because I get quality and good quantity.

We live close and I didn’t feel like cooking one night, so we ordered for delivery. The ordering process was fine, though you HAVE to pay with a credit/debit card as there is no cash option. It came quickly and was prepared correctly. I put my Italian sandwich in the oven and toasted it a bit which made it a lot better. The kids were ok with their cold sandwiches. In my opinion, I don’t see it as anything special or over the top good. It’s decent, but over priced for what you get. I just don’t see the appeal and don’t plan to order from there again. I could make it at home myself for a fraction of the price.

I’ve been to the drive thru twice now. The sandwiches are all cold. There are no hot sandwiches on their menu and that is a big letdown for me. I also was looking forward to delivery, however, they don’t currently deliver to me. I am just outside their 1 mile zone. 1 mile, really, no wonder they deliver so fast. If you have a super small delivery area then you should be fast. The sandwiches are good but since they are not toasted I can easily make one myself at home if I have the ingredients. So for me JJ’s will only be a once in a while thing when I am too lazy to make my own or want to get one to take to work the next day. It’s not going to get any colder. They might get used more if they delivered. I would really give them 2.5 stars but we don’t have that option so I am giving them an extra half star.

Friendly service UNTIL we bothered them asking for SALT&PEPPER and utensils. Your gourmet sandwiches need SALT. When we asked them for salt, they responded«Our Owner doesn’t allow Salt & Pepper.» REALLY??! Why do we need to ask for napkins? Why don’t y’all give them to the guest or put them out where we can grab them. Why do you call it Jalapeño chips when there is no flavor of Jalapeño or heat? My Fiancée was pissed… oh well, thanks for the One and Only impression, Jimmy Johns. Won’t be back.
